"You did?" Rean was surprised to hear that. Of course, he was also relieved that his group wasn't responsible for her detention. "Why would you do such a thing? When did that happen?"
"Around 50 years ago," Rosa answered. Then, she scratched the back of her head. "You see... they can't connect to the Werdlem Network, so they usually need help from those who have real stones. Normally, they would get so young disciples and have them access the network for them. But, as you probably know already, the Werdlem Network has many layers of access, so of which can only be accessed after a certain cultivation level."
Then, she sighed. "Well, I was already at the Saint Realm, which is quite respectable. But I'm not very good at making Spirit Stones. Various things happened, I ended up connecting with so of such fake Werdlem Stone users, and they paid well to use my access to do so jobs for them."
"In the end, she was caught by ," Diliy was the one to continue from there. "I was the one who put her in the Detention Center."
Rean found it even weirder. "Rosa might have reached the Saint Realm, but she isn't anyone important for the Inquisition Hall, right? The Detention Center was supposed to be a place to hold those of great status in the various powers of the planet. Why would you put soone like Rosa in there." Rean also quickly looked at Rosa. "I an no offense with my words."
Rosa knew that. "Don't worry."
Diliy continued from there. "That's the point. She was caught during a big operation against these Fake Werdlem Stone users. At that ti, she seed quite close to so of the leaders there, so we put her in the Detention Center after extracting all the information we could with the Soul Binding Contract of Second Stratum."
"So you ARE soone important now..." Rean spoke to Rosa.
"Well... I told you, didn't I? Those jobs paid quite well. One thing led to another, and I got better jobs and contacts in their inner circle. I did indeed end up doing so not very legal things in the eyes of the Werdlem Empire. I don't bla them for thinking that I had a high position in their midst, although I wasn't exactly privy to much information," Rosa explained.
"In any case, it is good that you are well." Rean could only accept the girl's fate. "After Klifon left, he asked to take a look over you. That's why I sent that Spatial Ring with the resources Klifon gathered all those years ago. Too bad that I got caught in so ss and was absent for the next four hundred years. But hey, you got to the Saint Realm in just four hundred years! In my opinion, you did very well for yourself, especially since you managed to enter the Soul Transformation Realm."
"Just one more question," Rean turned to Foliana and the others. "How did you know Rosa and I knew each other?"
"Oh! That was nothing but a coincidence," Diliy explained. "I just happened to pass by her during our invasion of the Detention Center and knew that she was part of the Gondel Clan. Since I also knew you were from the Gondel Clan before, I took her with on our way out. She was in one of the least guarded places in there, so it wasn't really any extra effort. Once we ca out, I was going to let her go on her own."
"But it was then that I heard Diliy and the others saying Rean and Roan's nas," Rosa jumped in. "I was puzzled as to why they saved , and hearing your nas made things clearer. Then I asked them if I could et you since we actually knew each other. Now, here I am..."
"I see," Rean had to admit that so crazy specific events had to happen for Rosa to end up in here with the others. "Oh well, you can stay for a while. Have they told you everything?"
"Only a few bits and pieces," she added. "After all, just because I said I knew you didn't an they could trust that easily. Don't worry, I won't bother you or anything. I just wanted to know more about Klifon. You didn't tell much in that Jade Slip you sent with the Spatial Ring."
Rean smiled and nodded. "Okay. Sister Orb, just check to see if her soul is fine."
[Already did,] Sister Orb confird. [It wouldn't make any sense to use such an expensive Werdlem Soul Worm on soone of her level anyway. I an no offense, of course.]
"None taken," Rosa knew she was anything special within this group. They were all Transition Realm experts, after all.
After that, Rean used a Spiritual Sense ssage to transmit the entire situation to the girl. Of course, he left many things that she didn't need to know out. Like the system, for example. Nonetheless, he told her about what happened to Klifon, the Golden Crow, the Sunlight Realm, etc.
Rosa was obviously shocked to hear all of that, so Rean sent her to another place in the Dinsional Realm so she could take her ti absorbing everything.
With Rosa gone, Rean took the opportunity to ask. "Karev, how did you get here so fast? I was expecting you to arrive tomorrow only."
Karev laughed in response. "What, do you think I spent so many years hiding and doing nothing? I still have my own contacts and so favors to ask, and I used one of those to
arrange a long-distance teleport for us. That's why we got here faster. None of this will be of any use once we are gone, after all."
"Oh..." Rean was happy things worked out for them. "Well then, this explains everything. Should I wake your brother up? Roan and I also have so questions for him."
"Yes, please." Finally, they could wake Marev.
