As their group wasn’t in a hurry since the start of the test, they weren’t the first ones to reach the mountain top. There were many cultivators, demon beasts, and spirits who got there earlier, especially the ones who didn’t need to care about the pulling force on the way up.
Arriving at the sect’s entrance, they turned around and looked at the scenario from up there. The mountain was truly high, allowing them to see past the forest, although it wasn’t possible to distinguish anything due to the distance.
"Stop wasting your ti and get inside already," a disciple scolded the twins’ group, his job being the guard of this gate for the next few days. There were other disciples there doing the sa thing, and they all looked at the twins’ group with annoyance.
Rean smiled at the guy, asking. "Sorry, friend. Where do we have to go after here? Is this the end of the test?"
The disciple quickly answered. "Everyone who reaches the sect has to go to the main field on the north side of the sect. Just take the teleport formations after entering, and it will send you straight there. Do not try to wander away. Since you aren’t a mber yet, the formations here will probably kill you if you go off the path. As for whether this is the end of the test or not, that I don’t know."
Rean nodded, thanking the guy and bringing everyone inside. There were so formations behind the gate, obviously made just for this test, as Rean could tell they were brand new. There were a few more disciples there who took care of everything and so elders who kept an eye so no one would try to go deeper into the sect.
Their group didn’t have any intention to cause trouble, so they stepped on the formation and were teleported together with another group.
*Zush, zush, zush, zush...*
The twins’ group appeared on the main field, which was surrounded by a barrier.
"Hum? Where are the tokens?" Rifindio asked, noticing his token had disappeared.
Rean and the others also checked theirs, and sure enough, the tokens were gone after they went through the teleportation. "Seems like we don’t need them anymore," Rean comnted.
The main field itself was enormous, and many other teleport formations could be seen around. Groups of participants continued to appear on those various formations, showing that many of them reached the sect through other sides of the mountain. That makes one wonder just how many were there at the start.
Rean sneakily checked his CD, browsing the official website to see if the next steps of the test were displayed there now. Unfortunately, there wasn’t anything in there. In fact, it didn’t even ntion the pulling force test on the way up to the mountain. It still only said that they had to reach the sect alive and nothing more.
"Guess we will have to wait here?" Kentucky comnted on the side.
Looking around, Roan saw so of the experts in the Void Tempering Realm entering their own pocket dinsional realms. With his Divine Sense, he could feel many more Pocket Dinsional Realm entrances from participants who arrived earlier and had nothing else to do. "Since we have to wait, I’m going back inside."
*Zush!*
Roan disappeared without giving anyone a chance to say anything. But then again, there wasn’t much to be said anyway. Zangeshu, too, asked Rean to send him back inside so he could at least use his ti to work on his runes. In the end, only the exit of the Dinsional Realm remained there. The entire twins’ group went inside to work on their own things. Sister Orb also kept the outside world visible on the walls of the Dinsional Realm so they would know when the next part started.
Turns out the three-month ti the sect ntioned on the website was the only ti restraint. The twins’ group had to wait most of that ti in the Dinsional Realm as there wasn’t anything else to be done outside other than waiting. Not a single elder or disciple ca by to speak about what they should do.
*Zush, zush, zush...*
Another three cultivators suddenly appeared on one of the formations, falling on the ground and gasping for air right after. They just managed to get to the sect and finally had so ti to rest after three entire months. Too bad they wouldn’t be able to stay like that for long.
*Plin...*
Suddenly, a sound echoed over the entire field, and all the teleport formations, which had been active all this ti, turned off. Above that barrier, a bright flash of silver light happened, and three experts appeared, all of them looking down at the new participants.
*Zush, zush, zush, zush...*
All the participants who had been waiting in their Pocket Dinsional Realms quickly noticed that. Just like the twins, they stayed inside but made sure they kept an eye on the outside world, waiting for when things finally changed. Together with the twins’ group, everyone ca out, looking at the experts floating above.
The man in the center scanned the area with his Divine Sense, which allowed the twins to tell his cultivation. ’Space-Ti Initial Stage...’
Only after ascertaining everyone present did the man start speaking with the help of his Divine Energy. "My na is Kyan, I’m a High Elder of the Sect. Congratulations on making it to this point. You got through the forest and also managed to climb the mountain. At the mont, we have a little over eighty-two thousand participants, with cultivations varying between Elental Transformation and Void Tempering Realms."
