"This..." The Umbra was puzzled by that sight. The entire Dinsional Realm, which extended tens of thousands of kiloters, was just breaking apart. There were Black and White lights escaping from the cracks, which spread like spiderwebs.

There was no explosion following that, though. Enormous chunks of the Dinsilnal Realm detached as the cracks spread inwards. Those chunks then quickly disappeared into specs of white and black light, leaving nothing behind.

The Umbra watched as the whole Dinsional Realm disappeared in a matter of minutes. Then, at the very center, he saw what was once the Core of the Corrupted Dinsional Realm. It was cracked and completely empty. Not a single Iota of energy inside. "Does that an the Spatial Seals can’t be used anymore?" He wondered. If that was the case, he had nothing to complain about.

---

Going back a few minutes, inside the Dinsional Realm...

*Pin!*

The Celestial Soul System’s voice appeared again.

[Warning! Warning! Foreign sentience invasion detected.]

Rean and Roan looked at each other. "Foreign sentience? Isn’t it Cargin?"

Then, they shouted out. "Cargin, where are you?!"

[Hahaha!] This ti, Cargin’s voice followed. [Thank you! To think I would truly be released! I can finally start everything again!]

Roan, not very concerned, still spoke. "Whatever. Our system is reporting an attempt to infiltrate it. It is you, isn’t it? Can you just stop? We have finished absorbing the Emotional System, so you should be able to do whatever you want."

[Oh, yes! I can do whatever I want, and what I want is your system!] Cargin spoke with confidence. [You were truly helpful. You absorbed my Emotional System, and now I can use that connection to take over yours! Have you truly never thought of the possibility? By the way, I’m not Cargin. Cargin died that day when he was betrayed. He is long gone. Hahaha!]

Rean nodded. "Yes, we know. The na Emotional System gave us the answer even before we finished talking last ti, before the battle. Since Umbras can gain sentience, why couldn’t an Empty and Corrupted System gain a sentience of its own, especially a system by the na of Emotional System? Of course, we weren’t entirely certain, but we were at least 90% sure that was the case."

Cargin... or the system’s sentience, didn’t expect to see the twins and Kentucky that calm. The sentience felt sothing was wrong, especially since Rean’s explanation was spot on. [You... knew?]

However, the Corrupted System’s sentience quickly recovered. [Ha! So what?! I’ll be taking your system for myself, then, using my shards inside the Light Spreaders, I will take control over all beings. Your system will provide with all th necessary parts, resources, and codes necessary to repair myself. Then, when the ti is right, I will beco this Universe’s Owner myself! The Werdlem Empire will have no other choice but to negotiate with since I’ll be the Universe itself. Hahaha!]

Kentucky looked at Rean, seeming a little skeptical. "He... isn’t very bright, now is he?"

Rean shrugged. "Co on, don’t say that. Think about how much ti he spent inside this place, unable to do anything. He likely gained sentience while in this state, so he also lacks experience. I think he should be comnded. Hey, Cargin... can I keep calling you that? Anyway, nice work! You did your best, and that’s what matters!"

The sentience could feel the mockery in their words, so it controlled its own Dinsional Realm and blocked the twins’ access to all kinds of energy and laws. [Let’s see if you can act so smug now. No, even better! I will just teleport you outside, right where Kunprio and his companions were sent. Hahaha!]

Spatial Powers gathered around Rean, Roan, and Kentucky, and a teleportation was ready to happen. But then...

*Crash!*

That spatial power broke apart without explanation. Rean, Roan, and Kentucky were still there. [What?!]

*Pin!*

At that mont, the Celestial Soul System’s voice echoed; this ti, everyone there heard it.

[Sentience isolated. All access to the Emotional System by the Foreign Sentience has been revoked. Initiating purging.]

The sentience imdiately felt that. Its connection with its own Emotional System was gone. It was trapped! [No! No, no, no! How?! HOW?! It can’t be happening!]

Roan wasn’t in the mood to hear it complaining. He now had his connection restored with the Celestial Soul System, quickly passing his orders. "Celestial Soul System, finish the purge."

*Brummmmm...*

As soon as Roan passed that order, the Dinsional Realm around them began to break apart.

"Kentucky, you should be able to open a Spatial Gate out of here now. You can open the furthest one between us, so do it," Roan said. Before the Dinsional Realm disappeared, they didn’t want to be here anymore.

"Okay!" Kentucky nodded, making a slashing motion with his wing. Sure enough, a Spatial Gate appeared, allowing them to leave. With Spatial Gates appearing all over the Universe, it also included this galaxy. The formation protecting this galaxy couldn’t possibly deal with that many Spatial Gates attempts, and especially the Umbras coming out of it. Thus, it was now possible to open a Spatial Gate connecting sowhere outside this Galaxy.

[N-No... P-P-Please-se! Don-on’t let di-di-di-die...]

Rean, Roan, and Kentucky completely ignored the sentience, leaving through the Spatial Gate.

Rean still had the intention to help it if it didn’t try anything funny. But since it tried to take over their own system and even planned to have them killed, he obviously wouldn’t care about it.

As to how that happened, it was actually pretty simple.

The first reason was ntioned by the sentience itself. Its own System wasn’t complete. It was broken. It attempted to take over the Celestial Soul System, which was a complete and perfectly working system. That wasn’t very smart indeed.

The second reason was that a sentience was still a type of soul. So... how could a soul possibly win against the very Celestial Soul System that had the perfect soul protection? Not only did it fail, but the Celestial Soul System also separated the sentience from the Emotional System. The sentience was fated to lose from the very start.

Finally, the final reason was that the Celestial Soul System had made a healing code based on the twins’ elental abilities, the sa one used to clean the shard from corruption back in the Umbral Field. So, when the Celestial Soul System absorbed the Emotional System, it also cleared it in the process. By the ti the Emotional System was completely absorbed, it simply wasn’t the sa system that the Sentience had control over anymore.

In the end, the Sentience was left behind with its own Dinsional Realm. However, that was a pretty weak Dinsional Realm due to the Corruption of the System. Once the System, which kept it intact, was gone, the Dinsional Realm began to collapse.

And thus, the Sentience of the Emotional System, as well as the Dinsional Realm where it was left behind, broke apart.

It was precisely that mont that the Level Four Umbra witnessed, the collapse of the Dinsional Realm, and the Sentience inside it.
