Now reading: Chapter 4022: Vuccu’s Doubts from Death… And Me, a Fantasy novel by Suiyan.

Without a sound, Rean and Vuccu appeared right above one of the red dots showing on the device. Vuccu didn’t waste ti, shooting downwards and carving his way through the dirt. In a matter of seconds, they arrived where that Red Dot was pointing.

What Vuccu saw was a big deposit of Divine Stones, just like Rean said it would be. There was no doubt anymore. Rean had truly created a device capable of finding these deposits. A device that only worked in the Future Realm, making use of the Ti Plates.

---

Back at the Qufis Alliance, Roan explained what was happening through Divine Sense.

That device was nothing but an early prototype of the CDs Rean made a long ti ago, even before eting Zangeshu. There was no reason to throw it away, so he kept these prototypes in so forgotten corner. Rean was quite a bit of a hoarder in that aspect.

It was pretty bad, and it would be quite risky to try to use it to connect to the Werdlem Network. So, it was never used. When Rean brought it out, he did not use its other functions. All he did was ask Sister Orb to upload the map of the Future Realm into it, based on all the exploration they had done so far.

From there, Rean talked to Xyrath. As the owner of the Ti Plates, Xyrath knew where all of them were at the mont, including those passing by deposits of cultivation resources.

The three of them worked together at that point, using what was available at the mont. Xyrath used his Divine Sense to relay, in real ti, the locations and movents of all Ti Plates in the area. It had to be Divine Sense, as simply talking would take way too long. All the information on the thousands of Ti Plates had to be passed at once, many tis, continuously.

Sister Orb, connected to that Device, uploaded the position of those red dots every second. Naturally, she used her ability to connect to formations to do so with the system’s help. There was also the fact that Rean was just by the Device’s side. Otherwise, she wouldn’t be able to do that.

Last but not least, Rean pretended it could detect deposits of Divine Origin Energy, whether Divine Stones or Divine Energy Veins. As long as he didn’t get too far from the device, he would continue to work as the link between Sister Orb, Xyrath, and the Device.

’That’s what they are doing,’ Roan finished.

Foliana and the others grew nervous, though. ’What if Vuccu takes the Device away? It will imdiately stop working, and he will know sothing was wrong.’

’Indeed,’ Roan knew that. ’But Rean only had a few seconds to work out that plan, so he couldn’t think that far ahead. It all depends on how he deals with the situation. If things get bad, Kentucky, Celis, and I will have to join him and fight Vuccu; there will be no holding back.’

They could enter the Dinsional Realm and leave by Rean’s side, so the distance from Rean at the mont really didn’t matter.

---

Back in the Divine Stones Deposit, Vuccu ignored everything and returned to the surface with Rean. The device continued to show the locations of all Ti Plates. "I have to admit. The thod you used to detect deposits of Divine Stones and Veins was quite novel. I don’t think anyone thought about using the Ti Power disturbances in the plates before. Or maybe they did, but no one succeeded until now."

Rean scratched the back of his head. "And yet, it seems like I did sothing wrong. Just so Senior Vuccu knows, I looked into all the rules of the Future Realm, and there were no restrictions on any equipnt the participants brought inside. So, if I missed sothing, I can only apologize."

Vuccu narrowed his eyes. Whether he accepted it or not, Rean did prove the device worked. Vuccu’s idea of soone passing privileged information to Rean’s group was obviously wrong.

That was a good thing, of course. That ant no one in the Tombassin Sect broke the rules that the Werdlem Empire had set for these kinds of environnts. Let’s not forget that the Future Realm isn’t the only place you can go where ti is accelerated while the laws are still perceivable.

"Just how much of those Divine Stones and Veins did you take for yourself?" Vuccu asked seriously.

This ti, Rean did not lie. "I can’t say I have found every source. After all, I can only detect these deposits and veins when a ti plate passes through them. However, the Future Realm stays open for over ten thousand years. That’s a very, very long ti... If I were to guess, I would say I collected around 30% of everything I’ve found so far."

"No wonder..." Vuccu sighed. It confird his theory that the ripples of laws and the changes in ti acceleration were related to Rean and his invention. 30% of all sources were bound to cause changes in the environnt of the Future Realm. During every opening, it would already be a huge change if even 5% of everything was taken away until the end.

However, he also noticed sothing. "You do rember I ntioning the ripples in ti and laws, don’t you?"

"Yes," Rean rembered that, obviously. "Even I noticed them. Sotis, the laws would accelerate and make it extrely difficult to comprehend them, but just for a few seconds. As for the decrease in ti acceleration, I’ve known about it because I kept in contact with the Qufis Alliance outside the Future Realm."

Vuccu nodded. "I believe the reason for those ripples is your egregious acquisition of those sources of Divine Origin Energy. Yet, one thing doesn’t make sense. These ripples stopped a few hundred years ago. Have you perhaps put the resources you acquired back where they were?"

That was a very valid point. If the reason for the ripples was the acquisition of those resources, those ripples shouldn’t have stopped. Yet, they did. What did that an? That ant the resources Rean acquired with the device might not be the reason for the ripples.

Of course, Rean knew that the resources had nothing to do with it. Instead, it was the fact that he always kept fifty thousand Ti Plates in the Dinsional Realm, cutting off their connection with the outside world. He obviously wouldn’t tell Vuccu about that. "I did not put anything back, senior."

"Of course, you didn’t." Even if Rean said he did, Vuccu wouldn’t have believed him. "Then, how do you explain the stop of the changes in the environnt? Everything has been fine for a while, and it shouldn’t. Yet, it was also around that ti when the changes stopped that you stopped collecting resources, wasn’t it?"

Rean pondered a bit. "Actually, it makes sense."

Vuccu was taken aback. "How?"

"The stability," Rean explained. "Because I kept removing those huge deposits nonstop, it caused the ripples. Since I stopped removing the deposits, the Future Realm has finally gotten enough ti to get used to the changes. It stabilized itself around the new concentration of Divine and Divine Origin Energies."

Vuccu didn’t expect such an obvious answer. "Your point of view is different from mine, but it does make sense too..."

Vuccu went silent for a mont. Was it really all that was? Sure, he found the culprits, but his instincts said there was sothing deeper at play. Maybe Rean truly only collected the resources, but the ripples were caused by sothing else? Vuccu didn’t have a way to confirm that. What was certain at the mont was that Rean was behind the resources part, and he didn’t hide it.

Now, the question was: what should Vuccu do about Rean now that he had that information?

As for Rean, his Light Elent was already circulating silently inside his body. Roan, Kentucky, and Celis were also ready to co and support him in case Rean couldn’t run. At their level, perhaps they might be able to put up a fight against an Initial Stage Celestial Realm if they go all out.

*Crash!*

Suddenly, Vuccu smashed Rean’s device, his sharp eyes turning cold as he looked at Rean.
