Of course, Zanbril did say before that he wished Xixie were the chosen one. Let’s not forget he ntioned he intended to use their married lives to make her pay back for the slap. However, that was just him trying to put so fear into Xixie, and he wasn’t really bothered by that. If anything, he was entertained by the sudden outco of that test. In the end, after the answers, he still felt that any of the other princess would be a better choice for him.

Rean narrowed his eyes, and Kentucky didn’t seem very happy. They could see it, the red color of killing intent directed at Xixie. In fact, they had noticed it the mont they saw the collar rging with Xixie. It’s just that they couldn’t talk about it. Was the guy planning to attack Xixie right there to kill Zanbril? No, that didn’t make sense. So, the only reason would be that he didn’t want Xixie to be with Zanbril. That seed a lot more likely. Still, he can’t kill her anymore, so what is he planning?

"Zanbril," Glauco spoke. "As a prince of Zentian, you should know this is the best option. She can cultivate in that ti slowing formation, giving you millions of years to ascend one day, even if she doesn’t reach the Space-Ti Realm. Then you can find a way to remove the collar’s effect in the Celestial Plane."
Zanbril didn’t feel it was right, but he noticed his brother, Zuey, went quiet. If the empire’s face was at play, that obviously seed the best option.

Rean scratched the back of his head. ’Roan, we might need to use the beacon.’
Roan, who watched the scene in the Celestial Soul Dinsional Realm, didn’t look very happy. ’So much for the identities we built...’
