Hooked kiss’s face suddenly turned dark, and in the next mont, the Cardinal beneath him instantly lost all its light, flickering with chaotic electrical arcs as it uncontrollably plumted in another direction.
The main burden of overload was the damage to the machine’s body. Perhaps there was still so remaining energy in the Energy Moonstone inside, but because the assembly was too hasty, it was estimated that the components inside had completely burned out.
At this mont, Hooked kiss, spiraling out of control and descending rapidly in mid-air, saw the last figure only fifty ters away and the accompanying Cardinal belonging to that demi-human. After a mont’s pause, he gritted his teeth and accelerated once again. Then he reached out his hand towards that Dog-man demi-human’s body.
Unable to grab his foot, Hooked kiss adjusted his direction a bit and suddenly grabbed his tail with a fierce grip.
"Awoo!!"
The demi-human, still in a dream, was instantly awakened by the pain, but before he could react, he felt a strong force dragging and flinging him towards the Cardinal waiting on standby nearby.
The Dog-man looked utterly baffled as he was seized by the chanical arm, bewilderedly watching as the surroundings appeared to collapse, and dumbfoundedly being carried further and further from the coast. He seed totally unaware of why his ho was gone after he rely drank too much, blacked out, and then woke up.
But these were no longer Hooked kiss’s concerns. He bit his teeth, looking at the increasingly close sea surface beneath him, then adjusted his falling posture and said with a sly grin,
"Being a doctor isn’t easy, but thankfully everything’s settled..."
"Splash!"
The next second, he plunged into the sea like a cannonball, sending up a water column dozens of ters high.
Even though he was at the Fourteenth Rank, the high-speed descent subjected Hooked kiss to imnse impact.
In an instant, a sharp pain coursed through Hooked kiss’s entire body, and he coughed up a mouthful of blood into the water.
He convulsed in water from the unbearable agony, his body drooping powerlessly as though he couldn’t move at the mont.
But not long after, a giant shadow suddenly approached slowly from the bottom of the sea towards Dragon Tail Island in his view.
The massive shadow, in the midst of tireless searching, keenly spotted the drifting Hooked kiss in the sea water, and the next mont, it headed directly his way.
He sensed the disturbance in the water, opened his eyes, and suddenly saw the giant shadow coming closer—it was a gigantic Sea Beast.
"Sea Beast... not good!"
He suddenly cleared up a bit, instinctively struggling in the water as if trying to escape, but in his injured state, he couldn’t possibly outrun the Sea Beast. Soon, the Sea Beast lifted him up and carried him to the surface, stopping not far from the shore.
Hooked kiss hung like a salted fish on the Sea Beast’s back, surfacing just like that. Several seconds later, he wiped his face and stood up.
"Hooked kiss!"
In the next second, under the illumination of a light sphere in the sky, a graceful silhouette abruptly appeared into his vision on the back of the Sea Beast.
It was a stunning Whale-man woman clothed in so kind of seaweed fabric. Her deep blue long hair casually draped over her back, but even such a natural hairstyle couldn’t conceal her beauty in the slightest. At this mont, her face still bore traces of innocence and youth, and under her garnt, one could even see so gelatinous coating, presumably so dication for healing her wounds.
Yet even with such a condition, she seed already accustod to it, naturally holding her head slightly high.
From above, her gaze made her look like a unique pearl of the ocean as well as an emperor of the seas, exuding majesty.
Although, in Hooked kiss’s view, such an expression seed kind of silly and foolish, begging for a beating, but who said this was his wife...
Indeed, the Whale-man in front of him was Hooked kiss’s wife, Xuan Can.
"Hooked kiss, are you alright?"
The valiantly beautiful Xuan Can in front of him looked worriedly at Hooked kiss, swiftly walking towards him.
But before she got there, Hooked kiss already stood up with his head held high. He glanced at Xuan Can who hurriedly arrived and snorted in rebuke,

Xuan Can’s movent paused slightly as she walked forward, then she raised her eyebrows, scrutinizing Hooked kiss up and down as if she had just t him for the first ti today.
That gaze, with a hint of suspicion whether Hooked kiss in front of her had been possessed, daring to talk to her like that?
Yet the confident Hooked kiss had no awareness of this; he looked angrily at Xuan Can in front of him and pointed towards Dragon Tail Island in the distance,
"Look at what’s going on over there, being still close to this side! Have you forgotten how you were beaten six months ago? Still haven’t learned your lesson! It’s just because your husband is , willing to take such a big risk to avenge you... But don’t worry, that Sorobato has been dealt with by and another friend, easy-peasy."
Thinking of previous experiences, the corner of Hooked kiss’s mouth lifted involuntarily, and upon confirming that the person before her was definitely Hooked kiss, without any doubt, Xuan Can raised her brows, then expressionlessly crossed her arms, watching Hooked kiss present his performance in front of her.
