Because in another sense, she is an extrely dangerous demon.
In terms of destructiveness, she even surpasses Valentina!
Lukalia belongs to the race of the Mirror Elf.
Just like the common Flower Elf, Tree Elf, Water Elves... Mirror Elves, these are a type of elf accompanying specific environnts.
And because mirrors are not commonly found in natural environnts, the population of Mirror Elves is extrely rare, making them a rare species among elves.
Like all elf-type demons, Mirror Elves have a bad temperant and love pranks.
However, due to differences in moral concepts, not everyone can accept their "pranks."

Mirror Elves will hide in others’ mirrors, replacing the original reflection of the mirror’s owner, observing those who look in the mirror and mimicking their habits.

When the residing mirror breaks, they will hide in other mirrors and continue their pranks for a while, enjoying the surprised reactions of their victims.
They escape when bored, leaving the thoroughly teased mirror gazer suspicious of all reflective surfaces for a long ti.
And this is rely what the weakest Mirror Elves do for pranks.
Once Mirror Elves evolve to Middle Tier, they upgrade their pranking thods.
They no longer settle for remaining in the mirror.
Mirror Elves indulge in their favorite activity—impersonation.
They pull the mirror gazer into the mirror, disguising themselves as that person and living outside.
This ti varies, from just a few days to several months.
When bored or discovered (typically intentionally revealing flaws), they release the original owner they imprisoned.
And with their increased power, their mimicry skills also enhance.
High-tier Mirror Elves can emulate their target’s abilities at up to seventy percent proficiency.
With this mimicry, they beco harder to uncover.
If not discovered, they can impersonate soone for years, even decades!
For the original owner, being imprisoned and having their life taken over is undeniably tragic.
And for the original owner’s family and friends, it’s equally frightening!
When soone close and dear is replaced unknowingly, it truly is a horrifying situation.
Thankfully, Mirror Elves remain true to their nature, always revealing flaws in anticipation of discovery.
And generally, they don’t seek to kill the person they mimic.
After all, to the Mirror Elves, it’s just a playful prank.
Killing seems unnecessary.
Mirror Elves are certainly not kind, but they’re not excessively evil either.
Dangerous, yes, but not deadly.
Of course, this basic information doesn’t allow Herbert to lower his guard.
