"And the Cosmic Ascension Conference is still a few years away. If Max manages to increase his strength even further during that ti, there is a real chance he might create miracles there as well. If that happens, your Black Dragon Clan could rise to beco a second rate force, and perhaps even one of the strongest first rate forces."
This ti Joe did not speak with the arrogance he often displayed earlier. His tone carried the warmth of soone speaking honestly to allies rather than rivals.
