The forest path grew increasingly darker. Feng Yuan could even see vines creeping along the trunks of giant trees, and the luminous fruits hanging on those vines had beco an important auxiliary light source for the path.

However, they had been following Annie the whole ti, and he was certain she had always been humming a strange tune from ahead.
Could there have been a switcheroo at so point? But what would be the point of doing so?
Not only Feng Yuan, but even Veronia and the others couldn’t figure it out. Abnormal Space wasn’t the Data Domain. Even though so Data Domain elents existed within it, the absence of rules combined with Abnormal Space’s chaotic nature ant this place would never be suitable for creating challenges.
Is it disarray caused by chaotic changes? If that’s truly the case, it would be problematic to find the source of the anomaly within the Abnormal Space.
While Feng Yuan was pondering, Veronia rembered sothing and said,
“Speaking of which, we are supposed to encounter the gigantic Man-Eating Bear King before reaching the Muddy River. According to the original plot, Nana and Annie were no match for the Man-Eating Bear King. They only managed to escape after reaching the Muddy River because the Man-Eating Bear King dared not pursue them. If this place replicates that scene…”
The ground suddenly began to tremble, as if so colossal creature was approaching. Feng Yuan glanced amusedly at Veronia and said,
“Looks like you guessed right.”
“A very formidable aura, probably at a Legendary Level, yet lacking the traits of both Legendary and Legend,”
Najia said, her eyes narrowing. Both she and Veronia could sense the approaching creature’s strength. Even though Xiao Hui and Xiao Hei could only vaguely feel it, they could also perceive the impending threat.

“If I say this has nothing to do with , would you believe it?”
Though he knew it might be futile, Feng Yuan still wanted to struggle a bit. Veronia chuckled softly and said,
“What do you think? But right now, shouldn’t we deal with that Big Black Bear first?”
At this point, the gigantic Man-Eating Bear appeared before them, so massive it dwarfed the dense trees overhead. As the Bear King advanced, the trees obstructing its path were toppled. Crows flew wildly, and sohow dark clouds had shrouded the sky, with crimson lightning roaring as though playing a brutal symphony for the Bear King.
“With such an entrance, it’s definitely a BOSS.”
Feng Yuan shrugged helplessly, guessing this creature was the terrifying BOSS chasing them as they tried to escape. But did they really need to run?
Turning to look at Xiao Ji, who was already prepared for battle, black fireballs gathered at its side, while Xiao Hei held a deep red fla in its mouth. Najia was softly chanting a hymn to bolster Xiao Ji and the others.
The Man-Eating Bear King, seeing these people not fleeing, displayed human-like anger. In its mind, these guys were underestimating it, the Man-Eating Bear King!
Bending down suddenly, a massive mountain peak appeared between the Bear King’s claws, pressing down on Feng Yuan and the others with imnse force. Unfortunately, this attack, lacking the Power of Spirit Beast, was rely intimidating in appearance.
Xiao Ji cried out, flapping its wings as the Wind of Death swirled fiercely over the giant mountain. Each gust of the Wind of Death stripped off a portion of the mountain, turning it to dust. Xiao Hei then unleashed the fla it had prepared at the Man-Eating Bear.
The fierce flas instantaneously engulfed the enormous black bear. Despite its Legendary Level strength, it was a fabricated Spirit Beast and therefore lacked so Spirit Beast traits. This left the Man-Eating Bear King unable to repel Xiao Hei’s Blazing Fla Spray using its power alone.
Seeing its flas effectively taking hold, Xiao Hei excitedly circled around Yang Hongzhi, howling and wagging its tail proudly. Unfortunately, in its triumphant oblivion, it inadvertently strayed outside Xiao Hui’s defensive circle. The Man-Eating Bear King stomped, summoning a stone pillar that knocked Xiao Hei skyward.
“Xiao Hei!!!”
“He’s fine. A lesson might do him so good.”
Feng Yuan glanced at Xiao Ji, who he’d never seen lose itself to pride—at least not during combat. This thought led him to realize Xiao Ji seed much stronger than Xiao Hei~
Oblivious of Feng Yuan’s wandering mind, Xiao Ji focused entirely on how to handle the enormous mountain before them. Even though it lacked the condensing Power of Spirit Beast, with the Wind of Death capable of eroding its rocks, the sheer size of the thing still posed a threat if it ca crashing down.
Xiao Hui roared, raising its head, as a brown-yellow Crystal Pillar ford a spherical Barrier of hexagonal crystals to protect everyone. This substantial Crystal Barrier was an excellent ans of countering such physical assaults.
Although Xiao Ji had worn down a significant portion of the mountain, the ti was too limited. Even Xiao Ji couldn’t completely dismantle it in ti. The mountain fell with force, shattering upon impact with the Crystal Barrier, sending dust and debris into the air. As this happened, Xiao Hei, having been knocked skyward by the stone pillar, began to fall back down.
Seeing the dust-covered ground below, Xiao Hei howled, igniting in fierce flas as it plumted toward the earth. Along its descent, rocks obstructing its path were shattered by Xiao Hei’s Fla Charge, leaving a massive pit in the ground. Xiao Hei wagged its tail triumphantly, howling smugly.
Unfortunately, the Man-Eating Bear King, having lost quite a bit of fur to the flas, harbored great hatred towards it. Especially since Xiao Hei caught fire again, which only fueled its anger. Just as Xiao Hei was about to show off to Yang Hongzhi, everything suddenly darkened in the cloud of dust.
The wind blew away the dust, revealing the enormous bear’s shadow, the Bear King bracing its fists with a charge to strike hard.
Howl?!
Xiao Hei panicked and turned abruptly, launching a Fla Charge towards Yang Hongzhi. Witnessing this reckless move, Xiao Hui didn’t retract the Crystal Barrier, causing Xiao Hei to collide headlong into it, scratching frantically and howling with ever more desperation as the Bear King drew closer.
“Xiao Hui, stop teasing him and let’s deal with the enemy first.”
Yang Hongzhi said, glancing at Xiao Hui. Najia resud her lodic hymn, while Xiao Ji and Xiao Hui began charging their ultimate move, planning to obliterate the advancing Man-Eating Bear King in one strike. At this point, Xiao Hui opened the Crystal Barrier to free Xiao Hei, who dashed over to Yang Hongzhi, whimpering softly. But soon, it rembered its task, turning to charge its attack against the Bear King.
