Xu Yanran took off her hat and walked up to Chen Xiao. "How long have you been back in Yuncheng City?"
"Several days now," Chen Xiao replied, then asked, "How are things in Zhonghai?"
"Not bad. Things have stabilized for now," Xu Yanran said. "The Ghost dical Sect’s hidden forces in the Divine Land are gradually being rooted out. But I have so bad news for you."
"Oh?" Chen Xiao narrowed his eyes.

"You want to do sothing that’s sure to make an enemy?" Chen Xiao shook his head. "I’d be asking for divine retribution."
"If you help with this, I can tell you sothing you’ll definitely be interested in," she said.
Chen Xiao’s interest was piqued. He chuckled. "Tell first. How do I know you’re not trying to trick ?"
"Would I trick you?" Xu Yanran glared at him. "I’m not telling unless you agree to my request. Besides, this news is about Chief Instructor Leng."
At this, Chen Xiao fell silent for a few seconds.
