"How so?" Ling Zhenfei found himself growing more fond of Chen Qian, enjoying his style of speaking and doing business.

Upon hearing Chen Qian's question, Ling Zhenfei was montarily startled. The reason their dishes were delicious was due to the Spirit Spring Water from the Xuantian Spirit Spring Pot, which was fundantal to Xishan Manor. If he told Chen Qian, then Chen Qian would know everything.
"I have nothing to hide from you, but you must keep it a secret. This is the foundation of Xishan Manor's success," Ling Zhenfei ultimately decided to tell Chen Qian, wanting no secrets between them, as that wouldn't be good for collaboration.
"Don't worry, I understand what's more and what's less important; I was just a bit curious," Chen Qian said solemnly.
Ling Zhenfei slightly lowered his voice and said, "The reason our vegetables at Xishan Manor are unlike those from other places isn't due to the way they're planted but because of the water we use. Chen Qian's face was full of shock, then he asked, "So, the wild boar and wild chicken taste so good because they too drank Spirit Spring Water?"
Chen Qian was too clever, easily grasping things imdiately, so there was no need for Ling Zhenfei to elaborate much.
Ling Zhenfei nodded and said, "Exactly right, this secret is only known to you, and many long-ti employees of the manor aren't aware of it."
