However, Ling Zhenfei found it hard to believe that Chen Qian produced such a large map rely for these few plans; he didn't buy it. In his view, such planning from Chen Qian was too modest, differing from what he had envisioned.

"That's right, you've caught on. I do have a grand plan, but it's a bit early to discuss it now. Let's focus on making what we talked about a reality first. We must take things step by step and not rush," Chen Qian replied.
"With our talk today, have you already decided what Xishan Manor shall beco?" Ling Zhenfei probed.
Chen Qian nodded, "More or less, but we still have too much to do. For instance, the managent of Xishan Manor is far too informal now; it hardly qualifies as a family workshop. We should set up a company imdiately and run everything according to standard corporate practices."

Chen Qian paused montarily and then said, "Certainly human resource managent. We must hire the most professional personnel, and for technical issues, we need the best people for execution. Responsibilities must be well-defined. For example, Sister-in-law Zhou Yun is currently overseeing too many things, and they're complex. She's incredibly busy all day, which ans she needs soone to assist her, such as a specialist in accounting for financial matters."
"Are you saying the current managent staff is not professional?" Ling Zhenfei understood what Chen Qian ant, even though he was speaking sowhat delicately for courtesy's sake.
With a slight embarrassnt on his face, Chen Qian admitted, "Yes, that's the case. Sister-in-law Zhou Yun is indeed capable, but with the Manor's current small scale and limited funds, she can manage. However, if our Manor grows quickly, daily financial inflows and outflows will beco incredibly complicated, and a single accountant simply won't be able to cope."
