Tristan Grayson gazed at the woman in his arms, her face flushed red. He carefully laid her on the bed and began to take off his own jacket.

When Mika Sumrs woke up, she found herself in an unfamiliar room. Her whole body ached unbearably, and her head throbbed as if it were about to split open.
She sat up and saw she was wearing a man’s shirt. She felt like she was going to lose her mind. ’What in the world happened????’
She thumped the side of her head, trying to rember what had happened last night. But no matter how hard she tried, she couldn’t recall anything.
All she could rember was going out for drinks; the rest was a complete blank.
She looked down at the man’s shirt on her body and rapped her knuckles against her head again.
’What’s going on? How did I get here?’
’And what’s the deal with these clothes?’
’Could it be that last night... Silas Kent and I...?’
The thought had barely ford when Mika Sumrs squashed it. ’No, absolutely not. Silas Kent isn’t the type to take advantage of soone in a vulnerable position.’
’But besides Silas Kent, she couldn’t think of anyone else...’
Just then, she heard the sound of running water from the bathroom. Mika Sumrs’s eyes flew wide with alarm. She grabbed the blanket, wrapped it around herself, and scrambled off the bed. Snatching the lamp from the nightstand, she hid beside the bathroom door.
A mont later, the water stopped. Footsteps drew near, followed by the click of the door opening. Mika Sumrs raised the lamp high.
The instant the door swung open, Mika Sumrs, furious, aid for the man’s head and brought the lamp crashing down without a second thought.
Blood instantly stread down the man’s head. Seeing the wound didn’t placate her anger; Mika Sumrs raised the lamp again, ready to strike a second ti.
But just at that mont, the man turned and looked at her.
When she saw his face, she froze. The arm holding the lamp halted in mid-air, and the blanket wrapped around her body slid to the floor.
A few seconds later, she yelled, her voice filled with a mixture of fury and shock, "Tristan Grayson!"
Tristan Grayson lifted a hand to wipe the blood from his head, his brows knitting together in pain.
Seeing the blood on Tristan Grayson’s face, Mika Sumrs felt her heart begin to pound. "How could it be you?" she asked, her voice cold and uneasy. Her face flushed as she rembered the dream from last night.
’So it wasn’t a dream? Was it real? If it was real, that ans she and he...’
"If it wasn’t , who else would it be?" Tristan Grayson retorted irritably. He walked over to the bed, grabbed a few tissues, and started dabbing at the blood on his head.
Forgetting about the blanket on the floor, Mika Sumrs stalked toward Tristan Grayson and demanded, "Last night, you bastard! What did you do to ?!"
"Heh..." At the ntion of last night, Tristan Grayson’s expression softened considerably. He looked up, a wicked grin playing on his lips. "Don’t you rember?"
