As the evening study session was nearing its end.
Wang Yuhe put down her pen and looked around. Seeing that Jiang Nian wasn't paying attention, she cautiously took out her AD calcium milk.
She took two sips, then put it down and looked around again.

The bell for the end of the study session rang, and she quickly gathered her things from the desk, "Let's go grab so water."

Jiang Nian rubbed his arm as he went downstairs and took a look at his phone. Xu Qianqian and her friends were outside the campus at a convenience store.

Xu Qianqian took a step back, both surprised and skeptical, "Did you admit defeat so quickly, without even a struggle?"
"I finished reading it and took photos of the useful parts." Jiang Nian responded blankly, "We're reviewing tomorrow, and you might need it too."
"Oh, so you're the tech-savvy heretic." Xu Qianqian gave him a sideways glance, "I trust good old pen and paper more."
"Want so gum?" Song Xiyun offered him two pieces, "We just got it at the convenience store..."
As she spoke halfway, she suddenly realized. Offering gum to the opposite sex, it seed like an implication of kissing.
Similar to in ani, where giving chocolates on Valentine's Day has implied anings. She regretted as soon as she handed it out and tried to retract it.
"Oh, okay." Jiang Nian accepted it and casually asked, "The day after tomorrow, how are you guys getting to the sub-campus?"
Song Xiyun relaxed after seeing Jiang Nian wasn't acting any differently.
"Not sure, it seems like we'll walk."
"We're riding bikes." Xu Qianqian snatched a piece of gum from Jiang Nian's hand, "We're definitely not walking."
"Walking would wear us out; how would we have energy left for the exam?"
That indeed made sense, as so students were frail. Even if they're not sick, long distances could be exhausting.
Jiang Nian hesitated, "Can you take with you?"
"No."
Xu Qianqian shot him a glance, "The electric scooter only has two seats, do you want to crush us?"
Hearing this, Song Xiyun was a bit surprised.
