Two days later.

Bai Xu remained by the window in his room, gazing outside. The backlash to his primordial spirit was no trivial matter. Without any specific recovery techniques, he could only rely on slow recuperation. Over these two days, Gu Yuena had been using the Dragon God Core to nourish Bai Xu, hoping for his full recovery.

"How are you feeling now?" Gu Yuena approached him, her voice gentle.

"My body is fine, but the wounds to my primordial spirit can only heal with ti. Thankfully, it’s not irreversible damage, and I’ve even gained so insights... though I won’t be able to use any ntal attacks for a while."

"As long as you’re alright."

Suddenly, Bai Xu seed to rember sothing and asked, "Why did you ask to take leave in the first place? These past three days, I’ve just been recovering, and you haven’t left my side. It feels like there’s sothing else you want to say."

Hearing this, Gu Yuena’s eyes flickered. She lowered her head, avoiding Bai Xu’s gaze, and pulled him to sit on the sofa before standing up as if she were about to leave.

Bai Xu assud she was going to fetch sothing mysterious for him, but instead of opening the door to leave, Gu Yuena stopped in front of it.

"Click!"

A crisp sound echoed as the door locked.

"Huh?" Bai Xu was taken aback, unsure of what she was doing.

When Gu Yuena turned around, she was already holding the Dragon God Core in her palm, its radiant nine-colored light pulsating.

"You—" Bai Xu was about to ask sothing when he noticed sothing strange—the walls, the floor, nearly every surface in the room was now covered in eerie patterns under the glow of the nine-colored light.

The entire room seed to have transford into an array, now activated by the Dragon God Core.

"What are you doing?!"

Bai Xu tried to stand, but a sudden sense of foreboding surged through him. Before he could react, the strange patterns crawled up his body, sealing away his abilities—more precisely, locking them within him, rendering them unusable.

Clink—

Several faint nine-colored chains erged from the walls, swiftly binding Bai Xu before he could resist.

"You—"

"This is what I wanted to do to you."

Bai Xu froze. Gu Yuena was no longer hiding anything, her deanor now bold and unrestrained, as if she had embraced another side of herself. Desire flickered in her eyes.

"You set up such an elaborate array just to imprison , right after I helped you remove that mark?" Bai Xu remained calm, though inwardly he grumbled, ’When did she even learn this array? It’s like it was tailor-made for ...’

Gu Yuena was in no hurry. Instead, she walked leisurely to the window. The sun was setting once more, night creeping in.

She slowly drew the curtains, dimming the room.

"Originally, I didn’t want to take advantage of your weakened state. This array was ant for you at full strength. But you insisted on removing the mark for as soon as you arrived, so now... I suppose this is my wrongdoing." Gu Yuena explained.

"What do you want?" Bai Xu asked, though he already knew the answer.

"You know exactly what I want. The mont you saw my expression earlier, you figured it out." Gu Yuena saw right through his feigned composure. She added, "The last two tis, it was you who bound . Now, the tables have turned. Though the timing isn’t ideal... the outco will be the sa."

Whoosh—

A gentle breeze swept through the room as Gu Yuena revealed her true form. Silver-white dragon wings unfurled, her tail erged, silver scales spreading across her skin, and her dragon horns materialized—she was now the very image of a dragon girl.

She approached Bai Xu slowly, picked up his immobilized body, and tossed him onto the bed.

Bai Xu could no longer maintain his calm. Panic crept into his voice as he said, "Wait—I think we can still talk this through. My primordial spirit hasn’t fully—"

Before he could finish, Gu Yuena kissed him—forcefully, passionately, as if trying to pry his lips apart.

"You—mmph—"

Their lips locked, and for the first ti, Bai Xu was completely at her rcy.

After what felt like an eternity, they finally parted.

Gu Yuena spoke softly, "That ntal mark awakened a darker side of by accident. It made hesitate, made uncertain... but once I accepted that darkness, everything in the world seed so much simpler. Bai Xu, I love you. Maybe in your eyes, my past, present, and future are all laid bare... but there are things I must say to you."

Her gaze was tender as she confessed, "I am no one’s appendage, nor a re tributary of fate. I am no replica of the Dragon God, and I will not repeat the sa mistakes. Every mountain has its own peaks and valleys—I have my own rhythm. Right now... I am yours."

Flas flickered around them, crimson fire burning away Bai Xu’s clothes until nothing remained, revealing his flawless physique. Gu Yuena did the sa, pressing against him as her wings slowly enveloped him, desire burning in her eyes.

Bai Xu finally lost his composure. "You’re serious?! The last two tis, I never crossed the line—but now you’re forcing ?!"

"If you’re unwilling... then consider this my indecency toward you." Gu Yuena paid him no mind. Seeing his flustered expression, she smirked challengingly—this was when he was most amusing.

Bai Xu struggled weakly, but the chains held firm. No matter how he twisted, he couldn’t break free.

Then, he froze.

Pressed against his face was soft, snow-white flesh, leaving him montarily stunned. After a brief pause, his eyes cleared, and he bit down, though his muffled voice was barely coherent: "Let go... I don’t like being passive."

"You—" Gu Yuena laughed at his stubbornness. "Still pretending? Today... you will submit to . I’ll make you yield."

Feeling his retaliation, she bit him back in return.

"You—I won’t yield!" Bai Xu growled. "I, a future Immortal Lord, won’t be controlled by you!"

Soon, however, his breathing grew ragged, and he fell silent, closing his eyes as if resigned.

Gu Yuena frowned, a hint of unexpected pain flashing across her face. Seeing Bai Xu’s surrender, she, too, stopped speaking. The room was soon filled with restrained gasps and soft moans.

"Have you thought about the aftermath?" Bai Xu managed to ask between breaths.

"I’ll take responsibility for you."

Their flawless bodies glowed, intertwined as Bai Xu was indeed pinned beneath her.

"If I didn’t take the initiative, who knows how long I’d have to wait for you?" Gu Yuena complained between movents.

"I was planning to wait until everything was over."

"Until everything was over, so you could have , Gu Yue, and Na’er together? Your rogue nature never changes." Her voice grew hazy, her actions bolder. With the last shred of rationality, she whispered, "I’ll make sure you never forget tonight. Even if Gu Yue and Na’er return... they won’t compare."

Eventually, Bai Xu succumbed as well, kissing her deeply. The night was long, and by the early hours, Gu Yuena released the chains. Their passion only intensified, the bed growing more disheveled by the minute.

Only one final sentence escaped her lips:

"Immortal Lord of the Five Elents’ Marvelous Art’? In the end, you’re still beneath ."

The Next Morning.

Gu Yuena lay breathless, a hint of regret surfacing. "Aren’t you tired?"

Bai Xu found the question odd—his Five Elents energy was endless, as if he’d never exhaust himself.

"I told you, my physique defies common sense." He pinned her down again, showing no signs of fatigue.

"I need a break..." Gu Yuena collapsed weakly onto the bed, her body limp.

"A Silver Dragon’s body isn’t this fragile. Since we’ve started, we might as well finish properly." Bai Xu pressed on, unable to resist the allure of their entanglent.

"I—" Gu Yuena had no retort. She let him take control, her silver hair drenched in sweat. It was as if they were in a world of their own, free from any disturbance.

"Ah—mmph—"

*****

Three Days Later.

Gu Yuena lay naked on the bed, utterly spent. She clutched her lower abdon, still sore, and glared at Bai Xu, chastising him for his lack of rcy. She doubted she could even get out of bed today.

Though Bai Xu possessed the Five Elents, he was still mortal. When he stood, his vision darkened, and he nearly collapsed, barely catching himself against the wall. He left briefly to fetch food for them both.
