According to the historical records of the Douluo Continent, that day marked the collapse of the starry river and the demise of the Divine Realm.
It turned out that there existed another force in this world—one so powerful that even a re glance could cause a Godking to crumble autonomously. The once-coveted Divine Realm disintegrated in an instant, reduced to dust.
This power, far beyond human comprehension, was sothing they could never hope to reach.
Afterward, the Douluo Continent began to exhibit the advantages of its dinsional ascension. The limits of the Title Douluo realm were shattered, and those who had been stagnant for decades broke through their constraints one after another, stepping into the hundredth level and beyond.
It is worth ntioning that after this battle, Gu Yuena—the Dragon God, the Sovereign of Soul Beasts, and the Master of the Spirit Pagoda—discovered another small dinsion and rged it with the Douluo Continent. Later, seemingly due to Bai Xu’s influence, pure-blooded dragons began to revive from their eggs one after another. Though they had to cultivate anew, given ti, the dragon race would undoubtedly return to its peak.
Core Area of the Star Dou Great Forest.
The Lake of Life shimred under the sunlight. Di Tian, Bi Ji, and Zi Ji had been waiting there for a long ti.
Only when the nine-colored figure descended did the three of them bow respectfully. "We greet our Sovereign."
"Mm. How is everything?" Gu Yuena asked.
"Thanks to Lord Bai Xu’s Five Elents, many dragons in the Dragon Tomb have regained vitality, transforming into eggs and reviving. Now... they have been reborn. The remnant souls that could not be revived have rged with the Dragon Tomb as part of the Douluo Continent. So soul beasts and humans have gained their recognition and inherited the bloodline of the dragons."
"As for relations with humans... Though Lord Bai Xu once advised us, it is still difficult for us to accept. However, so soul beasts, led by Bi Ji, are willing to integrate into human society, so they usually handle such matters. Bi Ji now holds an important position in the Federation, a gesture of goodwill from humans toward soul beasts."
"It seems everything is progressing well," Gu Yuena sighed softly.
"Yes, Sovereign. Though we have not taken revenge on humanity, Lord Bai Xu and the Dinsional Master have kept their word. Humans and soul beasts have returned to a state of balance, with neither side overpowering the other. Moreover, humans have begun exploring the cosmos, and we have participated as well. After the fragntation of the universe that day, it is no longer boundless. They seek to find its edge."
"Heh, do as you wish. I ca today... to entrust you with so matters."
Gu Yuena’s deanor radiated divine brilliance as the Dragon God’s majesty emanated from her, instantly drawing the attention of all soul beasts in the Star Dou Great Forest. They prostrated involuntarily, paying homage to their ruler.
She transford into her Dragon God form, summoning the Dragon God Core. As she rose into the sky, her figure shone like a nine-colored sun, rivaling the brilliance of the celestial body itself.
"Today, in the na of the Dragon God... I lift the curse embedded deep within the bloodline of the beast race, forbidding them from attaining godhood! From this day forth, soul beasts of exceptional talent may also ascend to divinity!"
Bzzz!
The soul beasts felt a tingling sensation in their spirits, as though so long-standing shackle had vanished, leaving them lighter than ever.
Then ca the thunderous roars and cries of countless beasts, echoing endlessly.
Di Tian shuddered as his soul power surged. The 900,000-year tribulation he had feared seed to dissipate absurdly with just those words.
Gu Yuena descended slowly and said to Di Tian, "Without the Dragon God’s curse, soul beasts should only need to pass the million-year tribulation to ascend as divine beasts. The previous 900,000 years no longer require enduring heavenly lightning."
"Thank you, Sovereign!" Di Tian knelt on one knee, his eyes slightly moist. The dream they had longed for over countless years had been realized with a single sentence—it felt surreal.
"Di Tian... My responsibility ends here. From now on, I want you to beco the Dragon God and lead the soul beast race forward." Gu Yuena spoke softly, a trace of weariness in her voice as she gazed into the distance.
"Sovereign... This subordinate is unworthy of the Dragon God’s title!" Di Tian panicked, pressing his forehead to the ground in refusal.
"Do not worry. As I said before, among the surviving dragons, you are the most qualified. This is no reward—it is rely recognition of your capability. Besides, I have a greater path ahead, one that surpasses even the Dragon God’s evolution. I am not abandoning the soul beasts. I am the first Sovereign of Soul Beasts, and you shall be the second. If you ever encounter difficulties beyond your power, you may call for . No matter where I am, I will return. I have never forgotten that I am a soul beast—the Sovereign Gu Yuena, the Silver Dragon King."
Di Tian was stunned, recalling the day Bai Xu split heaven and earth. That power was indeed beyond what even the Dragon God could achieve—he had to admit it.
With that, Gu Yuena ford a blade with her hand and slashed at herself. Her aura plumted as she extracted the Dragon God’s origin, pure and untainted by madness, and placed it alongside the Dragon God Core before Di Tian.
"The Dragon God’s origin has been purified by . You may absorb it without fear." Gu Yuena’s face was pale as she spoke.
Di Tian trembled as he received it with both hands.
Gu Yuena could no longer hold on and swayed backward—only to be caught by two figures the next mont.
Upon closer look, it was Gu Yue and Na’er.
"Sovereign...?" Di Tian hesitated but still addressed them as such.
"Di Tian, it’s been a while," Gu Yue smiled, supporting Gu Yuena. Their relationship was no longer that of ruler and subject but more like old friends.
Na’er chuckled softly, her eyes lingering on Gu Yuena with unspoken thoughts.
"Three Sovereigns, has Lord Bai Xu arrived?"
"No, he is still recovering. From now on, you are the second Sovereign of Soul Beasts. There is no need to bow to us anymore," Gu Yue said.
"Understood."
"We greet the three Sovereigns," Bi Ji and Zi Ji said respectfully.
The two of them had reached unfathomable levels of strength in just a few years.
But they were no longer soul beasts, nor divine beasts—they had undergone an evolution beyond classification.
"Gu Yue... Na’er..." Gu Yuena’s expression shifted to alarm as she tried to break free from their grip. Yet her weakened state made it impossible—their arms were like steel shackles.
They wanted revenge!
"Di Tian, the future of the soul beasts is in your hands. I hope you have learned from past events—act with moderation."
"I will rember, Sovereign."
"In a few days, Bai Xu has invited both soul beasts and humans to a ceremony. Consider it our final farewell."
The three won vanished—Gu Yuena against her will. She struggled to speak but was whisked away before she could protest.
"What... are you planning?! I’m still injured—" Gu Yuena regretted her current predicant. The tiger had fallen to the plains, now at their rcy.
"Na’er can heal you. Either way... you’re not escaping!" Gu Yue smirked mischievously.
"Don’t think I don’t know what you’re scheming! I refuse!" Gu Yuena insisted, shifting into a male form.
"Hah!"
"Reverse Yin-Yang Transformation!"
Gu Yuena gasped as she reverted. "When did you learn this?!"
"I asked Bai Xu specially!"
Gu Yue produced specially crafted ropes and bound her tightly.
"You—!!" Gu Yuena was speechless.
"Bai Xu won’t be interested. This scene has played out who knows how many tis already."
Gu Yue grinned. "Don’t worry, we still have to change your clothes. What you did to us back then, we’ll repay in kind!"
