Above Earth, everything was deathly silent.
Everyone had fallen into an indescribable panic because they could no longer sense Gogeta's presence, not even the slightest trace.
Gohan stood amidst the group, his eyes narrowing until they were re slits. His pupils contracted into pinpricks, his brow furrowed in a mask of grim concentration.
Only monts ago, the atmosphere had been vibrating with a power so imnse it felt like the universe itself might crack under the strain. Gogeta's aura had been a sun, radiant, terrifying, and unmistakable.

Then, in a heartbeat, it vanished. It didn't fade; it didn't flicker. It simply ceased to be, and it was as if it had never existed in the first place.
This sudden change was far too strange and absurd, filling Gohan's heart with confusion and unease.
Beside him, Piccolo looked as if he'd seen a ghost. His usual stoicism had crumbled, replaced by a look of raw bewildernt. His mouth hung slightly agape, the words of a strategist failing him.
He had sensed Gogeta's power skyrocketing, pushing past every known limit of mortal strength. Yet such a suffocatingly powerful presence disappeared completely in an instant, leaving not even the faintest remnant behind. The void left behind was more unsettling than the battle itself.
How could sothing so unfathomable not be deeply unsettling?
"He's… gone?" Bulla's voice broke the silence, trembling with a rising hysteria. She had been desperately clinging to the sensation of her father's energy. "The aura… it's really gone? Dad's Ki just vanished into thin air? No… that's impossible! It can't be!"
She swayed where she stood, her eyes losing focus as the world blurred around her. Her hair, usually perfectly kept, fell into a disheveled ss as she clutched her head, the weight of the unknown crushing her.
Just when everyone was at a complete loss, two figures suddenly descended upon Earth:
They were Trunks and Super Broly.
Their sudden appearance imdiately drew everyone's attention.
"Trunks?!" Gohan and Piccolo exclaid in unison.
At that mont, Trunks suddenly felt a weight in his arms.
Bulla sobbed uncontrollably and threw herself into his embrace.
"Big brother! Where were you?" She wailed into his tunic. "Dad… Dad and Goku Ojisan... their energy is gone! Everything is gone!"
The mont he heard this, Trunks's pupils dilated sharply. He knew that sothing terrible must have happened on Earth.
Since he'd arrived in this sector of space, it felt as though Earth had been walled off behind an impenetrable veil, a sensory blackout that kept him from locked-on movent.
It was only when Gogeta's power had flared, a Ki so massive it seed to punch a hole through reality itself that he had finally been able to find ho and perceive everyone's presence.
But strangely enough, Gogeta's aura had truly disappeared.
"Bulla… let go for a second. I need to talk to Gohan."
Without further thought, Trunks gently released Bulla and turned toward Gohan. Only then did he realize that Gohan's appearance had changed completely.
His hair was a jagged, sky-piercing silver, and his eyes held a predatory, crimson glint that felt ancient and dangerous.
If this wasn't the Beast form, then what was it?
Trunks' mind went blank. He had only been away from Earth for a short ti, yet Gohan had already broken through.
But what had caused this breakthrough? Was it Cell Max, just like in the original story?
Not only that, but Goku and Vegeta had also rged.
"Brother Gohan, what happened? Did Dad and Goku Ojisan rge?" Trunks asked.
Gohan's expression was solemn as he replied in a deep voice: "We encountered an enemy unlike anything we've ever faced before."
"Soone who calls himself a God of Destruction..."
Gohan's voice was resolute and forceful; each word pierced Trunks's heart like a needle. He had never expected Beerus, the God of Destruction, to co to Earth while he was away.
Trunks had prepared a complete plan for dealing with Beerus: bribery, flattery, and careful appeasent. But now, it seed that a fight had already broken out and the situation had spiraled out of control.
Gohan's voice cut off Trunks's train of thought.
"This guy nad Beerus said he was going to destroy our Earth. He's incredibly strong. I couldn't defeat him, so Dad and Goku Ojisan had to rge. "But now… I can't feel their auras anymore…"
As he spoke, Gohan clenched his fists and shot up into the sky. A violent, ferocious aura surged outward from his body.
He was prepared to face Beerus again.
Hearing Gohan's words, Trunks was shaken. Beerus's absurdly broken "on-the-spot power-up cheat" had clearly been activated.
Even Beast Gohan was no match for him. But after a brief mont of thought, sothing felt off.
"Brother Gohan, sothing's not right. I don't think Beerus destroyed Dad and the others. If things were really as you said, then after destroying them, Beerus would have co to Earth imdiately. If that were the case, I think we would already be facing him right now."
Gohan, whose mind had been clouded by grief, suddenly ca to his senses. Trunks' words made a great deal of sense.
Gohan murmured, "You an...?"
Trunks nodded in confirmation. "Yes, Brother Gohan. There's still a chance."
"Oh, right, did you see soone holding a staff?" Trunks asked.
Once he knew that Beerus had co to Earth, Trunks's doubts were dispelled.
Only Whis, Beerus's attendant and teacher, had the ability to seal off the battlefield and prevent outsiders from perceiving Earth. Trunks couldn't think of anyone else capable of such a thing.
At that mont, Super Little Cell, who had been holding back and hadn't dared to interrupt Trunks and Gohan, suddenly spoke up.
"Boss! You're talking about Mr. Whis, right?!" Super Little Cell shouted in shock, his eyes wide open.
He quickly turned around and pointed at the empty space behind him, his voice trembling slightly with excitent. "He's right here!"
Everyone imdiately turned their gaze in that direction, but all they saw was empty air.
"Mr. Whis...!" Super Little Cell's voice echoed through the air, but there was only deathly silence in response.
The next instant, Super Little Cell realized the space before him was empty as if Whis had never been there.
Even more shocking was that he had no idea when Whis had left. This sudden turn of events left everyone present staring in disbelief, astonishnt written on their faces.
They clearly rembered him standing there just monts ago, yet he had vanished without a trace in the blink of an eye. Given their level of strength, it shouldn't have been possible for soone to disappear without them noticing.
However, at that mont, Trunks's heart jolted violently as a powerful intuition surged within him.
Whether it was the mysterious sealing of Earth earlier or the sudden disappearance of Gogeta's overwhelming aura, it was likely all closely connected to Whis.
But the most urgent matter was finding Gogeta.
Whis had already left, so if Trunks wanted to learn what had happened, he would have to rely on himself.
Raising his head toward the vast sky, Trunks shouted at the top of his lungs:
"Lord Kaio! I know you're watching! Have Lord Kibito take to the Kaiōshin Realm!"
