Now reading: Chapter 347: Yes, tomorrow’s going to be a long day as well from Dragon Genesis: I Can Create Dragons, a Action novel by SleepDeprivedSloth.

"Are you done with the training?"

Lavinia questioned as she glanced at Kael, who ca out of the Sanctuary after training together with his Bonds. Their room was big, but it obviously still wasn’t enough for him to train comfortably. Training outside wasn’t possible either since he had so trump cards he wanted to hide from the rest of the world.

Not to ntion, training inside the Sanctuary was quite efficient because of how comfortable the environnt was. The wind inside was cool and refreshing, the temperature was ideal, and there was also Nyrri, who constantly showered him with cool water because he wanted to play with his papa.

"Mhm."

Kael nodded as he slightly stretched his body.

"I need more swords."

He spoke lightly.

"Have you already run out?"

Lavinia questioned.

The Princess knew that Arlan and Veylara had given Kael about 500 similar swords he could use to train his Sword Aura.

Because of how complex the skill was, Kael was having quite a difficult ti mastering it.

Yes, even now, he still hadn’t learned it. Of course, half of it was also because he didn’t have enough ti to focus on it.

Before, they were traveling almost all the ti, and even when they settled in here, Kael was forced to work for 12 hours a day.

And as if that wasn’t enough, Kael simply had too many things he needed to train.

First, there was Magic—since learning Magic Circles helped him level up, he couldn’t skip them. Then there was Ancient Pulse, an ability that allows him to access his children’s magic. He was also focusing on Illusion Magic—all this combined with Sword Aura training,

He simply did not have enough ti, even if he squeezed his sleep.

Lavinia, who had seen how hard he was working, was quite worried. As much as she wanted Kael to get stronger, she didn’t want him to hurt himself from overtraining. She felt like he was taking too much pressure and she wanted to do everything in her power to take a bit of that pressure away.

"I only have about 10 left."

Kael answered with a solemn look on his face.

Of course, even though he hadn’t completely mastered Sword Aura, it didn’t an he hadn’t made any improvents. Unlike before, where he broke more than ten swords every day while training under Veylara,

Now, his swords lasted days. As long as his moves weren’t too complex, the sword held. Honestly, Kael was already at the level of a decent Seventh Stage Warrior, but he still wasn’t satisfied.

He wanted more.

He wanted to be absolutely perfect.

"Didn’t you go to the Forge today? Do you think they can help you?"

Lavinia questioned.

"I heard Velmourn weapons are sturdier than normal, even if they use the sa materials."

"It doesn’t matter."

Kael, however, shook his head.

"Their weapons are better because they use Dragonbone Fla. Since the fla cos from the remains of Steel Dragon Vorgath, they strengthen and improve the quality of tal naturally, creating better, stronger weapons.

According to the Forge Master, if they had access to the tals those in the Mainland have, their weapons would be the strongest, having the ability to penetrate even the strongest armor."

He explained. He had learned all this today—Alrisa couldn’t stop telling him how good Velmourn smithing was, which had adapted to Dragonbone Fla for more than a thousand years.

However...

"The Forge already has its own issues. The island lacks material to create extra weapons, they don’t even have enough to fill the quota. The main focus in the forge isn’t to create new weapons but to repair the old ones.

They have been reusing the swords made from the sa materials for hundreds of years now. There is no way they can create extra swords for ."

Kael explained the situation, and Lavinia lowered her head.

"The resources, huh..."

It was the sa problem again.

"The island is simply too small, they have mined almost all the mines that can be mined. Other mines are in dangerous areas filled with different Magic Beasts and are simply too dangerous. They do not have enough manpower to fend off the Magic Beasts and set up a long-term mining project."

"...You have learned quite a bit, huh."

Lavinia muttered, staring at Kael, and he just smiled.

"I didn’t spend those 12 hours just hamring the tal, you know?"

Lavinia chuckled lightly as well.

"Well, this problem will be solved soon enough."

She then shrugged, Kael nodded as well.

They already had the solution to the problem, Kael was just waiting for Lavinia.

"Hold out with the swords you have left, I promise it won’t take long."

The Princess nodded.

"I can last about two months if everything goes well."

Kael muttered lightly.

"It should be enough."

Lavinia answered, calculating everything in her mind.

"Anyways, you had a long day and it’s late. You should sleep now, or you will be too tired tomorrow."

The Princess spoke.

"Aren’t you tired as well?"

Kael questioned.

Because of how busy he was with work and training, Kael could only sleep for about four hours a day. Yes, he knew it wasn’t healthy, but he simply had no other choice. He had to force himself to keep up and get stronger.

However, because of him, Lavinia too only got four hours of sleep.

"Not nearly as much as you.

I slept in the afternoon after I returned."

Lavinia answered.

And Kael...

He just stared at the woman with a playful smile on his face.

To think she would lie even when she knew about the Ants.

’She doesn’t want to admit that she can’t sleep without ~’

Kael’s playful smile widened, and Lavinia...

"What are you smiling for!?

Just sleep! Your body will be affected if you don’t get enough sleep!"

The Princess raised her voice as she pulled Kael to the area where Igni and the others had already settled down obediently.

Kael chuckled at the scene,

Then, he thought of sothing and—

"Yes, tomorrow’s going to be a long day as well.

Alrisa said she would be here to pick up at six."

He ntioned with a sneaky smile, and in an instant, Lavinia paused.
