Luuo Yunqi slowly brought a spoonful of rice to her lips, eating with elegance and refinent. Her beautiful appearance quickly caught the attention of so boys nearby.
After finishing her al, Luuo Yunqi carried her tray alongside Dai Niantong toward the self-service dishwasher.
Two girls happened to walk in from the opposite direction.
"Clatter." The tray in Luuo Yunqi’s hands suddenly fell to the ground, her eyes locking fiercely onto one of the approaching girls.
"Qiqi, what’s wrong?" Dai Niantong was startled.
Gao Yuyue frowned and shot a glance at Luuo Yunqi, who was blocking the way, muttering, "What’s wrong with her?"
Shen You’an’s cold and indifferent gaze briefly flicked over Luuo Yunqi as if she were a stranger before naturally shifting away. She brushed past her without a second thought.
"Wait for ! Having long legs doesn’t make you special!" Gao Yuyue jogged to catch up.
Luuo Yunqi slowly turned her head, staring after the tall girl’s retreating figure.
Even though the girl’s look had changed, Luuo Yunqi recognized her at once.
It’s her!
Luuo Yunqi’s fingernails dug deeply into her palm, her gaze flickering unpredictably.
"Who is she?"
Luuo Yunqi’s voice was hoarse as she asked.
Dai Niantong paused, unsure whether Luuo Yunqi was referring to Shen You’an or Gao Yuyue.
"The girl with glasses."
Though confused, Dai Niantong answered honestly. "Shen You’an. She’s quite the celebrity at Lanya High School."
"Shen You’an." Luuo Yunqi repeated the na under her breath, her lips curling faintly.
"So it’s her."

Shen You’an saw the tall figure blocking the cafeteria entrance and sighed helplessly.
She imdiately turned to leave through another door.
At that mont, a boy’s furious shout rang out from behind.
"Shen You’an!"
In those three short words were layers of complex emotions—anger, surprise, suspicion, hesitation, and an undeniable sense of discontent.
"It’s Mr. Jiang! Why is he calling Shen You’an?"
"Oh my God, the way Mr. Jiang looks—like Shen You’an owes him eight million and hasn’t paid it back!"
"When did Shen You’an offend Mr. Jiang? She’s dood. Lanya Group probably won’t be able to protect her now, right?"
Most people watched gleefully, eager for Shen You’an to have crossed Mr. Jiang.
But so were genuinely worried for Shen You’an.
Leng Yunyang raised his eyebrows, watching with interest.
Leng Xuexi kicked his foot irritably and said, "Look, here’s your chance to play the hero and rescue the damsel in distress."
Leng Yunyang clearly had no intention of intervening. Resting his chin on his hand, he seed content just to watch the drama unfold.
Luuo Yunqi’s steps hesitated at the door when she heard the commotion. She turned her head toward the scene.
Dai Niantong exclaid in shock, "Shen You’an is finished this ti. Young Master Leng is not soone to ss with."
Qin Xiangge stood up and walked over to Jiang Shengyao, her tone gentle. "Ayao, what’s going on?"
Gao Yuyue froze for a mont before stepping forward to shield Shen You’an. Pointing at Jiang Shengyao, she demanded, "What are you trying to do in broad daylight?"
Jiang Shengyao didn’t even glance at Qin Xiangge. With a long stride, he advanced directly toward Shen You’an.
Qin Xiangge’s expression darkened slightly, her teeth lightly biting her thin lips.
"Jiang Shengyao, don’t go too far..."
Before Gao Yuyue could finish her sentence, Jiang Shengyao shoved her aside. If not for soone nearby catching her, she would have fallen to the ground in embarrassnt.
Furious and pale-faced, Gao Yuyue thought, Jiang Shengyao, you’ve made lose face—you’ll pay for this soday!
With one swift motion, Jiang Shengyao closed the distance between himself and Shen You’an, his sharp gaze locked on her face.
The ugly bowl-cut hairstyle was gone, along with the heavy, clunky glasses.
The girl before him had transford from an awkward duckling into a graceful swan.
The contours of her face struck a familiar chord, causing his breath to catch suddenly.
It was her—but not quite her.
Sothing was still missing.
Instinctively, he raised his hand to remove Shen You’an’s glasses.
Shen You’an caught his wrist and slowly lifted her gaze.
