By the ti we left the University the bus' front was covered in black blood. When we drove through the gate I could feel everyone relaxing like they were finally safe. The poor bastards.
"Head towards the police station." I told the guy behind the wheels.
"Why?" He asked. I felt like punching the moron in the face but decided against it.
"We need to get so guns and other weapons." I calmly replied
"Why do we ne…." He paused and then started to grip the wheel tighter and started to shake slightly. It seems that reality has dawned on him, in fact looking behind I could see the others trembling as well. Good, they finally realized that they aren't safe, I doubt anywhere is safe. The only thing we did was trade one hell hole for another and this one was going to be worse, way worse. If I had to guess this city's population was at least a couple thousand to a million. With a population like that there were going to be thousands of undead thralls and maybe even tens of undeads by now. From the look on their faces I could tell they probably ca to a similar conclusion as well and they probably were regretting leaving the University now. I know I was but then again this is an opportunity for to grow and evolve so it wasn't too bad.
We soon reached the police station and I used [Aura Vision] to see if there were any undeads around, and there seem to be a few but there were also a few humans in there as well. I was curious why the demon miasma seed to have left so humans while infecting others. I wondered just how many humans remained on the continent, but now that I think about it, it wouldn't matter how many humans were unaffected, not many would survive the undead apocalypse. Unless, maybe, if they managed to reach one of the sanctuaries.
"Stay in here I'll be back in a few minutes." I said as I left the bus and they were more than happy to oblige. Following their auras, I entered the building looking for thralls. This police station was bigger than the one in K Town, it was a two story building with a bunch of rooms upstairs and a huge lobby like room downstairs and that was where the undeads were. What confused about this was that police officers had combat training and the station itself had an arsenal of weapons so why haven't they killed all the undeads instead of hiding upstairs. Deciding to ask them later, I entered the lobby like room and in front of were ten undead thralls, most of them were wearing civilian clothing, but a few wore bloodied police uniforms. Two things I noted was that these thralls have bullet holes in them and that there were at least twenty thralls on the ground dead. So they did fight back before they ran away. Seeing this I thought I finally found a group of useful people.
Unsheathing my machete I ran at the group of thralls who seed to notice a bit late. I ran at them and beheaded the first one with ease.
[You have slain a level 2 undead thrall. You have gained 20 exp.]
I guess these ones aren't really that strong. I continued my slaughter until all of them lay dead before my feet. There were five level 2s, three level 1s and two level 3s which made this fight feel really easy and I honestly felt a bit disappointed.
Shaking such thoughts out of my head I walked upstairs towards where I sensed the group of blue auras. When I reached upstairs, the humans were huddled together at the far end of the hall facing towards the stairs. There were five pistols pointed at and I quickly raised my hand in surrender.
"Wait, don't shoot!!!" I shouted towards them.
"Are you human?!!" A stern looking man asked
"Yes, of course." I said without hesitation
"Then why don't you explain why you are covered in zombie blood?" He asked with a glint in his eyes. I knew if he didn't believe my answer he'd shoot without hesitation.
"I killed all the zombies downstairs."
*Bang*
And without hesitation he shot and soon more bullets followed impaling themselves into my flesh.

'Mother fucker.' This was the highest amount of damage I had ever taken in one attack or should I say consecutive attacks. I wanted to rip these bastards apart but I needed them because they are useful and if I kill them and those guys outside found out I'd have to kill them too. So I'll try to appeal to them again and if they don't listen this ti. Well that's a sha.
"Listen you little fucks, if you don't believe then you guys can co downstairs and take a look." I said trying to make them see reason.
"Sorry but I think we'll pass." The man said and pointed his gun at again but instead of getting shot I decided to let my body fall backwards down the stairs.

'Ouch.' I got up off the floor and was going to dust myself off but decided it didn't matter since I was already covered in blood. I decided that I didn't need to kill them as long as they stayed upstairs and judging that these guys were using pistols instead of an automatic weapon or a shotgun I assud that the armory was downstairs sowhere. And I assud correctly. After searching for a while I found a grilled up area full of guns and even a few swords as well. Why did they have swords? There was a padlock on the door but I easily broke it with my strength. Now I needed to find a way to transport these. I looked around and found a bunch of duffle bags in one of the rooms, perfect. First, I grabbed around three katanas, then I grabbed twenty five pistols, five shotguns, three M16s and ammo for all of them. Luckily I had enough duffle bags, around thirty of them, and there was no way in hell I was gonna carry all of these.
I walked back to the bus and told the humans to follow . This ti they didn't say anything, which surprised a bit, and simply followed inside and helped carry out all the bags full of hot weapons.
