Colin POV
Morning ca quickly as the sun peeked through the windows, and I was currently lying on the ground panting like a dog, sweating dripping down my face and I imagined my eyes looking a bit wild. I haven't been able to get farther than I had before and the headaches beca mind splitting whenever I tried to go past suppressing a quarter of my aura. After all the failed attempts at suppressing my aura completely, two things beca apparent to . First, is that even if I was able to suppress my aura I wouldn't be able to sustain it, if any at all. And second, is that I didn't know much about demonic energy or demons for that matter. The only source of information I had was Synthia but she probably has her own troubles to deal with. I understood human nature very well, after all I was once one, and I knew for a fact that they wouldn't want to put themselves in any danger and would rather stay within the 'safe' boundaries of the mansion.
So convincing them to fight a horde of wrath demons is going to be very difficult, unless Synthia decides to take a firr stance with them. But I'm pretty sure she will be able to convince them, but if she doesn't, then I may have to offer my services.
Either way I needed to talk to her and learn what I can about demonic energy.
"Alice I'm going to head over to Synthia? Stay here until I get back." I said as I rose from the ground
"Like I have a choice." She said with a pout while swinging a cursed long sword. I have acknowledged that the weapons used by the Greater imps were superior to the ones I made, so I looted their corpses and took their weapons for myself. I have given Alice one of the long swords and took the other one while also storing the battleaxe and bow for ergency usage.
I flew towards the mansion and I saw a lot of people on the outside of the mansion sitting in a lotus position. That ant that I didn't have to blast the holy barrier to get Synthia's attention this ti. What a sha. It also ant that Synthia didn't require my services to get them to take the demon threat seriously.
"Hey!!" I shouted and all of them looked in my direction. Before I could say anything else ,a guy walked up towards but stopped at the edge of the barrier. I also noted that he walked with a limp in his steps, and a pained expression he unsuccessfully tried to hide whenever he moved, making wonder who did that to him.
"What do you want Demon?" He asked rudely and I frowned. Now that I looked at him closely, didn't I save this little asshole. If I rember correctly this guy was friends with Kirt and he's the sa guy that was threatening to take the bus from Tim and the others. Just looking at his face made a bit angry, and if this was his attitude to everyone, then I understand why soone would hurt him enough to make him limp when he walked.
"I'm-" I said, but before I could finish what I was saying the little bastard interrupted .
"On second thought, it doesn't matter what you want, just fuck off." He said with a smirk on his face. But instead of getting angry, I was actually a bit amused by his behavior. Like a little sassy ant waiting to be stepped on.
"Listen you little shit, I would suggest that you go and get Synthia before I beat the living shit out of you." I said calmly and I was curious what he was going to say next.
"And how are you going to do that. You can't co in here since you're a Demon and I'm not going anywhere so what are you gonna do." He said with a smirk and I just gave him a confident smile.
'This confident idiot.' I thought before flying into the [Holy Territory].

I quickly grabbed the guy and flew out of the holy territory before my Life points started going down. The only thing the others who were watching saw was a blur as I went inside and out of the barrier faster than their eyes could follow, which was why they had a delayed look of horror and surprise on their faces. I also noticed a minor difference but a difference all the sa in the second notification. The last ti I entered the [Holy Territory], my power was reduced by 50% but now it is reduced by 45% which ans that the [Holy Resistance] was working. But now isn't the ti to think about that, now is the ti to punish this little bastard. I threw onto the ground and stood in front of him and smirked.
"What are you gonna do now?" I asked, staring directly in his eyes with my glowing red, demonic eyes that made him shiver in fear. I was holding him by the shirt and he desperately pushed away from himself, and I allowed him to fall to the ground.
"I..I." He stuttered and I could see his eyes darting from the mansion to . I could tell what he was thinking and it wouldn't work but that didn't stop the idiot from trying. He got to his feet and tried to run past to the mansion and as I was about to grab him I had a better idea. I let him run past and I could practically feel his joy, but just as he was about to step inside the barrier I grabbed him by the collar and flew into the air. I flew above the barrier and made sure he could see the mansion from this height.
"Do you still want to go into the barrier?" I asked in a sinister voice.
"No,no,no!!!" He scread and I shook him and the guy was on the verge of crying when I heard a voice behind .
"Colin, can you please put that bastard down?"
