I turned around and I could see Synthia looking not at , but the guy I was holding with an annoyed expression. I raised an eyebrow when I realized her annoyance was directed to him and not . It made wonder what he did to make her so annoyed with him this much. I had half a mind to still drop this idiot for his insolence, but I decided that it was better not to cause any unnecessary friction, especially with us on the brink of war. Instead I flew lower and dropped the guy onto the ground, and as expected, he ran into the barrier as quickly as he could, not stopping in the courtyard and instead continued running until he disappeared inside mansion.
'Coward.' I sneered internally
"So what's the story with that guy?" I asked turning towards Synthia, who was looking where the coward had ran
"Just an annoying pest nothing more." Synthia snorted and her answer surprised a bit, not so much the words but the venom in her voice when she said it.
'What did that guy do to piss her off this badly?' I couldn't help but wonder.
"Anyway, what are you doing here, Colin?" She asked as her gaze finally left the back of the coward, and shifted towards .
"I ca here to ask for so advice. You see, Alice and I were planning to search the forest for the imps but we hit a wall in the plan." I explained
"You are planning to scout the forest. It would be helpful to know where this 'Lord Hans' base is and if possible you could also stall them for bit." She said with her hands on her chin, clearly in thought
"As I said we hit a wall in our plan before it could even begin. The imps can use [Aura Vision] to sense and Alice if we started to search the forest." I said. I didn't tell her about Alice's [Shadow Cloak] ability because well….she didn't need to know.
"That is a problem but sadly as far as I know the only way to hide from [Aura Vision] is to reduce your aura, but only tier 4s and above can do that. Well I guess if you had an Affinity to illusions or sothing you could." Synthia said with a shrug.
"Well maybe I could learn it. I an nothing is impossible, right." I said
"Well, I suppose but how do you plan on doing that?" She asked with a raised eyebrow.
"I was hoping that you could tell about demonic energy and auras." I said and Synthia let out an amused chuckle.
"Okay, I guess I could tell you but I don't think here is an appropriate place to have such a long conversation." She said and I looked around. I could see everyone was staring at us, indeed this wasn't a place for such a conversation.
"Why don't we go back to your place? I'm pretty sure Alice would be interested in this topic as well." She said and flew in the direction of my house with right behind her.

"Okay, let's start." She said as soon as she got comfortable on the couch. Alice and I were sitting on the couch opposite to her giving her our undivided attention.
"Where to start, I guess it would be best to start at the beginning." She muttered to herself.
"Well first of all at the beginning there weren't any Demons, there were only Angels and humans until one of the Angels rebelled. Lucifer, one of the few Archangels at the ti, tried to take control of Heaven along with his followers but through the coordinated efforts of all the Angels, he and his faction were defeated. Defeated and cast out of their ho, Lucifer and his faction first tried to make Earth their ho by taking it from humans but they were repelled by the archangels and were forced to flee once again. Not able to stay on Heaven or Earth, they had only one place to go, the Underworld. Now back then, according to the records, the Underworld was deed off limits to Angels due to the natural energy that was produced there called Chaos." Synthia continued.
"Wait, I thought demonic energy was produced in the Underworld." I said, the demon miasma that turned humans into undeads and Demons originates from the Underworld and flows onto Earth thanks to the crack in the dinsional barrier between the Underword and Earth. And Demon Miasma was basically demonic energy, so was Chaos energy sothing else or is it the sa thing as demonic energy.
"As I said before, Demons didn't exist back then so it wouldn't be called demonic energy now would it. Anyway with no place to go Lucifer and his faction decided to head to take up residence in the Underworld. Most of them died while so survived. Those that survived beca known as Fallen Ones by us Angels." She replied
