Tsubaki moved in front of Tomoe and used Mirror alice to construct a defensive barrier.
Faced with the stray, which possessed the physical strength of a high class devil, the defensive barrier was smashed to pieces.
Imdiately, mirror alice rebounded the entire attack, knocking the stray back dozens of ters.
Its face was now a bloody ss, making it look even more brutal and terrifying especially with roars emanating from its mouth.
Mirror Alice, not only has the ability to summon creatures, but it also rebounds 2x damage back to the enemy.
While it might not be as powerful as a Longinus, it was still a capable sacred gear.
Reya, whose trait was a Bishop, was gentle in nature and skilled in the use of demonic power.
After the stray was repelled by mirror alice, she used the opening to quickly pull Tomoe back using demonic chains.
Upon her return, the first thing Tomoe did was disengage the vibration pattern that had connected her to Tsubaki.

As ti passed, the battle intensified.
Completely controlled by its instinctive bloodlust, the stray's attacks beca even more brutal.
With Asia providing remote healing support from behind to deal, there was no fear of getting seriously injured.
So, Tsubaki and her companions set their sights squarely on the stray.
The stray's defense wasn't particularly strong among devils of the sa level, its only redeeming quality was its sheer speed.
If it weren't for Tsubaki's decisive action in having Tomoe cut one of it's legs at the start of the battle, the fight would have been disadvantageous for them.
Before long, under the cover of mirror alice, Reya used various spells to harass the demonic spider.
The others continued to attack the joints connecting the legs of the beast.
As expected, after a series of coordinated attacks, all of the stray's legs were broken, and it lay on the ground howling in agony.
In Yasuhiro's eyes, their combat tactics were disgraceful. They relied entirely on mirror alice to deflect attacks and continually bully the stray.
However as the wielder of a sacred gear the gear was inherently part of Tsubaki's strength.
