Edward Quinn looked at the key Mabel handed over with a complicated expression; was this fate? He let her live in Clover’s apartnt.
"You should keep this key," Edward Quinn said, "Consider the apartnt... as part of your dowry from ." The word "uncle" was spoken with difficulty from his lips.
"There’s no need," Mabel quickly said, "You’ve given enough already, besides, this place originally belonged to Aunt Clover. Maybe when she cos back, she’ll want to see it again."
