Mabel Quinn was stunned, so that day at the party, she felt unwell because soone drugged her? Mabel couldn’t answer Alice Conley’s question at the mont.

After the call ended, she went to Kyle Kinston’s room and saw him sitting on the sofa, watching the news on TV.

"Co, it’s perfect timing, let’s watch together." Kyle waved her over.

Mabel sat next to Kyle, watching the news that was broadcasting significant political updates. Kyle held a faint smile and said, "Just wait a mont, and you’ll see."

See what? Mabel was puzzled, then saw the news reporting that Joseph Grant had been removed from his position and would be prosecuted for several charges. It seed evidence had already been gathered, which was why the news was being released.

Mabel stared at the television screen, montarily dazed. The Grant Family, which had been her nightmare, along with the high-ranking Grant executive, had really fallen like this? It felt like she was dreaming; it was too unbelievable!

To her, it was once an insurmountable mountain; all her struggles seed futile in front of him. But now, the person she could only look up to in the past was handcuffed and sitting in a detention center.

"Satisfied?" Kyle’s voice sounded beside her ear.

"Just feeling... so fast." She murmured, even though she knew sothing had happened to Joseph Grant before, actually seeing it conclude on the news was still astonishing.

"People like him bring it upon themselves, never knowing when to stop." Kyle comnted blandly, "What about you, why did you co looking for ?"

Only then did Mabel rember her purpose for coming, "My classmate, Evelyn, was arrested by the police, they said it was related to a malicious drugging incident, do you know about this?"

"I know." Kyle replied, then stood up and handed a stack of docunts to Mabel, "Even if you didn’t co to , I wanted to talk to you about it. This is the testimony from the man you encountered in the restroom that day, the restaurant waiter, and the person who helped your classmate set up a transfer account. Your classmate hasn’t cooperated with the testimony yet, refusing to confess. However, the evidence chain is complete, and even if she doesn’t admit it, she won’t be able to deny it in court, not confessing will only make her sentence heavier."

Mabel flipped through the docunts, becoming more and more alard as she read.

She never expected that the incident at the party that day would be related to Evelyn.

Even though Evelyn’s words were harsh that day, and she was clearly scheming to embarrass her, but such a thing... Mabel’s hands couldn’t help but tremble; if Kyle hadn’t reached the restroom in ti, the consequences would have been unimaginable.

Kyle grasped Mabel’s slightly trembling hand, "No need to be afraid, it’s all over now."

She looked up at him, yes, with him around, she didn’t need to fear anything.

Alice Conley saw Evelyn in the detention center. At this mont, Evelyn, barefaced, looked completely different from her previous princess-like appearance, her whole deanor droopy like a defeated peacock.
