"Learn to save!" Dorian Howards assud a teaching stance and then directly pulled Alice Conley into the room.
"What, is staying in a room with that unbearable?" Once inside, Dorian imdiately pressed Alice against the wall and asked.
Alice really wanted to nod in agreent, but considering the possible consequences, she decided to keep silent.
Dorian laughed and didn’t make things too difficult for Alice, just said, "Even if it’s uncomfortable, bear with staying in the room with for a few hours. Otherwise, shall I make our affair the news again?"
A threat!
This is simply a blatant threat! But the frustrating part is that she actually accepted his threat! Alice felt choked, nearly breathless.
"Will you shower first or should I?" Dorian asked. The two of them spent a night on the mountain, although not as disheveled as Kyle Kinston, they were still covered in dust.
"Uh, you go ahead, I’ll just wash my face later," Alice said.
Dorian shrugged and started undressing right in front of Alice. Reflexively, Alice covered her eyes with her hand.
"What, can’t bear to look?" Dorian said, "I rember back then you couldn’t keep your eyes off ."
Alice was annoyed. The past is hard to revisit. If she had known they would end up like this, she would never have ogled Dorian with such eagerness back then.
"Who says I can’t look? I’m just mindful of gender differences," Alice stubbornly replied.
"Gender differences? Why didn’t you care about that back then? I rember you almost ripped my clothes off."
"..." Alice felt like spitting blood. Truly a dark history. Why does he rember such "trivial things" so clearly?
"I didn’t!" She flatly denied. Even if it had happened, she would never admit it.
"Didn’t you?" His warm breath brushed against her ear.
"No!" She asserted decisively.
"Alright, then open your eyes," Dorian said.
Alice continued to keep her eyes shut, planning to combat with silence.
"If you don’t open your eyes, it ans everything I said is true," he said.
At this mont, she found herself in a dilemma, whether to open her eyes or keep them shut. Alice simply opened her eyes. "I think... I’ll wash my face first," she said, then darted into the bathroom, leaving Dorian alone.
Dorian watched the bathroom door shut with a "bang". The casual smile on his face slowly faded, "Alice, how long will you keep running away?" The girl didn’t dislike him, just every ti he advanced, she retreated, leaving him unsure of what to do.
It seed like the distance between them was always so far. No matter how hard he tried to close the gap, she would always keep it the sa.
But he couldn’t let go of this girl, because if not her, then nothing mattered.
He spent three years understanding this, and now, how much longer would it take to bring her back to him? To love him again like she did three years ago!
