It’s as if the photographer had accurately grasped her best features and kept highlighting them.
As for Kyle Kinston, the effect in the photos was even more stunning. Looking at those solo shots of Kyle, Mabel Quinn could almost drool. Cold yet alluring, seductive yet dangerous, arrogant yet gentle—the photographer had managed to capture both Kyle’s beauty and his contradictions.
These photos were like top magazine model shots! Especially the ones where Kyle wore a suit; they were better than any suit photos she’s ever seen. Mabel thought that if Kinston Group ever started a suit brand, Kyle could definitely be their spokesperson. Mabel selected the photos but felt that each one was so good, she didn’t want to give any up.
Kyle suggested, "Then let’s make an album out of all of them."
"All of them?" Mabel was taken aback. There were over a thousand of these photos; wouldn’t that be too many?
"Anyway, there’s plenty of room in Falling City, so we can set up a room dedicated to photo albums. You can look at them anyti you want," Kyle said. "I don’t have many photos, and if you really want to fill a room, you’ll probably have to take quite a few more pictures in the future."
"..." Well, their thoughts certainly weren’t on the sa wavelength. He could even dedicate a room just for displaying photos, though apparently, there were a lot of vacant rooms in the Kinston Family. According to Butler Kang, there used to be a lot more people in the Kinston Family several generations ago. It’s just that in recent generations, the lineage has dwindled, and by Kyle’s generation, he was the only direct descendant.
Yet Mabel was drawn to the latter part of Kyle’s statent, "Your photos?"
"What, did you think I’ve never had any photos taken since I was a kid?" His amused expression made her chuckle.
Mabel quickly shook her head. Of course, she didn’t an that; she just regretted that she had never thought to ask him for photos to look at before. "So where are your photos? Where are they?"
"In Falling City. When we get a chance to visit the Kinston Family soday, you’ll naturally get to see them," he replied.
Once again, she regretted, wondering why she hadn’t thought of this when she went to Falling City.
After deciding to print all the photos into an album, enlarging so and selecting the fra specifications, as well as choosing those to be turned into posters, Mabel also wanted to copy all the photos to her phone to enjoy at leisure.
On the way back, Mabel needed to buy a scripting book and planned to drop by a bookstore. Naturally, Kyle accompanied her.
Upon entering the bookstore, Mabel said, "I’ll go look for the scripting books; you wait here for a bit."
"Okay," he replied. The bookstore wasn’t very large, and he could see the bookshelf she was heading to at a glance. At the store entrance, there were several square tables, each filled with the latest popular books, including so self-help books and quite a few novels.
When Kyle’s gaze inadvertently fell on one of the books, he suddenly paused, recognizing the familiar title, "Sound of the Wind." He had read this book before, but the author’s na was no longer Lyra Grant; instead, it was Mabel Quinn.
