Mabel Quinn didn’t insist either. After leaving the Ancestral Hall, she felt her mood cald a little.
In the evening, Mr. Kang prepared a sumptuous dinner, but she didn’t eat much.

"Are you suddenly resigning because of the Conley Family affairs?" He asked.
She remained silent for a while, "eting Alice every day and working in the sa place isn’t really suitable. Maybe I’ll stay over at Quinn Film Industry for a while, until the ’Empress’ is completed."
As she spoke, she looked up and smiled at him, "Actually, changing work environnts might be good. My uncle did suggest I work at Quinn’s side, and now it seems fitting."
But her smile looked so forced, as if she was saying it to comfort him.
His gaze deepened involuntarily, his chest felt as if sothing was blocking it, making him so uncomfortable.

Alessia Quinn found her brother Michael Quinn when he was still dancing closely with several ladies at the nightclub, Alessia frowned, her brother only cared about luxury and had no mind for work, no wonder he was constantly suppressed by Thomas Quinn from the main branch.
"Brother!" Alessia grabbed Michael and said to him, "Co with ; I need to talk to you!"
"What’s up?" Michael replied impatiently.

Michael was sobered up sowhat by his sister’s words, he quickly tossed a pile of cash and followed Alessia out of the nightclub.
After getting into the car, Alessia said, "Do you know uncle suddenly went abroad today?"
"Uncle went abroad?" Michael shivered, breaking into a cold sweat, "Is uncle investigating that dicine? Would he find out it was who bought it? If that’s discovered, I’m done for!"
Alessia said, "That dicine of yours was purchased in a small country, right? This ti, uncle went to country Y, and... I secretly had people track uncle’s itinerary. Strangely, after arriving in country Y, uncle went to a famous laboratory in the UK."
"Why go to a lab?" Michael asked.
"Who knows, that place often conducts various dical tests and is a world-renowned authority," Alessia replied.
"Wait..." Michael jolted, "Is uncle conducting a paternity test?"
"Paternity test? What nonsense are you talking about, uncle doesn’t have any kids!" Alessia rolled her eyes.
