She was choking, sobbing softly, crying, almost out of breath. Even she herself didn’t know how long she had been crying until a figure opened the bathroom door and pulled her into an embrace, gently saying, "Don’t cry, Mabel, don’t cry!"

He kissed her lips, kissed her tears, only wishing for her to stop crying.

When Mabel Quinn woke up the next day, she felt her eyes were horribly swollen. Kyle Kinston was no longer in the room at that ti, so Mabel Quinn washed up and went downstairs, where she saw Kyle Kinston in the dining room.
"Co, have so breakfast," he said.
"Mm." She sat down at the dining table, and a servant handed her breakfast.
"I’m sorry about last night," she said.
"It’s nothing, you just had a nightmare," he replied indifferently.
Yes, a nightmare, but even though she was awake today, that nightmare was still vividly imprinted in her mind, making her fear that it might beco reality.
