The soothing effect was quite noticeable, you could tell from comparing with Palr—Palr often needed inputs of Mang Silver Soul to alleviate his Bulimia Nervosa, while Bologue could go without it for a month, sotis wasting these souls to dispel doubts from others, injecting them into his body that didn’t need them at all.
The other ability of Soul Shards was to, when necessary, act like a backup energy source, enabling Bologue to burn it, and release a large amount of Ether to collaborate in battle.
With Bologue’s Tier advancent and Aimou’s help, Bologue didn’t really need this ability for a long ti, apart from providing a desperate life-and-death capability in extre situations, its existence was not very pronounced.
But this ti it beca different.
After rigorously analyzing, Bologue found that the prior absorption of Demon’s Soul Shards could actually be regarded as a passive act, where he passively collected them, while this ti Bologue actively unleashed this power, forcefully usurping the Ether of the Silent Ones.
