The Teleportation Receiving Formation in a small pass between two massive volcanic mountains ca alive at night, and a group of people arrived upon it.
Quickly leaving the platform, two won headed outside of the pass and over to a small building for the officials in charge of this place.
One of those individuals was a man with a short pair of skin-colored horns growing out of his forehead.
One of the females pulled sothing out from her Soul Space, showing it to the man inside. The man took one look at the token and saw the mark of a crystal blue sword over a snowflake.
The mark of the Glacial Blade.
"Fairy Xin!" the man quickly said, looking toward the woman, finally recognizing her. His eyes moved toward the other woman, and even while he couldn't see her face, he felt a deep feeling of reverence.
He imdiately fell to his knees and bowed before her.
"My lady!"
Fairy Xin gave no attention to the man's act.
"Prepare a teleportation to the citadel. We alone must be on it," she explained.
"Right away!"
The man then did everything himself, preparing a teleportation formation in no less than half an hour.
Shumi and Fairy Xin stood on the platform with runes drawn all over it, ready to take them away.
As they prepared to leave, Fairy Xin turned toward the man. "Tell no one of our arrival."
The man nodded fervently and activated the teleportation formation, sending them away. After they left, the man stood there all alone for a while as he took in the information of what had just happened.
The Moon Goddess had returned to the Silvermoon Citadel.
Silvermoon Citadel, one of the 9 Demon Immortal realms, was not just the na of the realm but also a location within the realm itself.
Silvermoon Citadel was a massive palace built on an island at the center of a massive lake that lay frozen for the majority of the ti. The lake was surrounded by a tundra, but the island at the center was abundant with life and resources, which was why the palace was built on it.
Despite the tundra, however, a massive civilization was built around the lake, mostly because of how close it was to the palace, which was built for no other reason than to house the Moon Goddess.
And today, for the first ti since its creation, the palace was about to fulfill its purpose.
Fairy Xin and Shumi arrived in one of the cities outside of the lake and quickly made their way toward the palace. Fairy Xin's token allowed them imdiate access into the palace.
The palace was still massive, spanning over a kiloter.
Fairy Xin searched for her master with her Divine Sense and then sent a ssage to tell him of her arrival when she couldn't find him.
She gestured to Shumi and walked in a certain direction that led to a massive hall.
After a short walk, the two won arrived inside the hall that had never changed.
This was one of the first places Shumi rembered spending more than a few minutes at since she arrived in the Demon Realm, so she was quite familiar with this place. She rembered how nervous she had been back then, and now she felt none of it at all.
This was her ho now.
She looked up, the ceiling of the palace completely open to reveal the dark sky outside. Two bright moons lit up the inside of the palace with their moonlight, while two more lay hidden sowhere.
Silvermoon Citadel was unique in the way that it had 3 moons in total. And that was without counting the True Moon that could be seen from anywhere in all of the other realms.
Seeing the moon gave Shumi a sense of belonging in this place that she had missed in that world of smog and fire.
After a few minutes, the door to the hall opened, and a figure glided
in.
Fairy Xin and Shumi turned to look at the newcor, a woman with a snow-white face and cherry-red lips, wearing white and blue robes with a pink raint, who slowly made her way toward the two.
A single crescent red mark was on her forehead, surrounded by seven smaller marks around it.
The woman landed before the two, and before she could even speak, her eyes widened in slight surprise as she was drawn by Shumi's new
aura.
Imdiately, she fell to her knees, her head prostrated low, as she gave Shumi the respect and reverence she deserved.
"Congratulations on your success, my goddess," the woman said. "My prayers have been answered."
Fairy Xin couldn't help but gawk in surprise at the woman's posture. She didn't even waste a single second, but then, she was the Moonlight Priestess. She had spent her entire life in wait for the Moon Goddess's return, so it was understandable.
Still, seeing a Celestial bow this deeply made Fairy Xin feel a little strange about the situation.
"Stand up, priestess," Shumi spoke in her normal voice. "Where is my master?"
"You have no master anymore, my goddess. We are all your children now. Your servants," the woman said as she got back on her feet, still
hovering a bit in the air.
Shumi frowned. "I am the Moon Goddess, but I am also Shumi. I have not changed," she said. "Where is my master?"
The priestess hesitated for a mont before answering her. "The Glacial Blade is away from the citadel. I shall contact him and alert
him of your arrival."
Shumi nodded.
"We should also announce your return to everyone, my goddess," the priestess said. "But we should do that after all of the Seven Shadows
have returned."
"How many Shadows are present?" Shumi asked.
"Only , my goddess."
"I see. Call them all," Shumi said. "In the anwhile, I will go spend
so ti with my parents. Afterward, when my master returns, we will head over to the treasury so I may finally make use of the root."
