The Eight-winged Golden Scale Python's gossar-thin wings flapped rapidly, lifting it straight into the air. The Thunder Power on its body flickered endlessly, a sign that it was preparing to transform into a woman again.
Ye Tian hadn't gotten a clear look last ti. Back then, he had been lying paralyzed on the ground, tornted by the icy energy that had invaded his body. This ti, however, he could watch carefully and see how it transford into a human.
Purple lightning flashed continuously over the Eight-winged Golden Scale Python's body, filling the air with a CRACKLING sound. A violet radiance completely enveloped it, obscuring the process from view.
Of course, Ye Tian had no desire to look too closely. 'She might not have any clothes on at the mont, which would be awkward.'
Gradually, just as before, the violet radiance faded away to reveal the figure of a young woman. She had the sa purple hair and clothes, and she quickly descended from the sky to land before Ye Tian.

Both the Snake King and Ye Tian were stunned. They found it incredible that sothing so strange could exist in the world.

But the thought vanished as quickly as it ca. That was impossible. Such a thing was out of the question for a Demon Beast bound by a Soul Contract.

"Great! My surna is Ye now anyway. From now on, you're my big brother, and I'm your little sister! I want to stay in this form from now on; I don't want to change back into my Demon Beast body," said the Eight-winged Golden Scale Python.

It was a truly wondrous sensation. Ye Tian felt the Water Elent Particles inside his Dantian slowly increasing, yet he experienced no discomfort whatsoever.
As ti slowly passed, Ye Tian felt himself growing more and more familiar with the Water Elent. Still, he couldn't achieve the sa level of intimacy he had with the Gold Elent, as he had yet to achieve true resonance with the Water Elent.
Three days passed in the blink of an eye. To Ye Tian, the ti flew by without him even noticing. On the riverbank, the Eight-winged Golden Scale Python and the Snake King kept a constant vigil, never taking their eyes off Ye Tian in the river.
They were ready to jump in and save him at the first sign of trouble. In a way, they were disappointed, as Ye Tian's complexion remained normal, and there was no sign of him being encased in Profound Ice.
Of course, the absence of such a phenonon was for the best. It ant Ye Tian's comprehension of the Water Elent had reached a higher level, which was a cause for celebration.
On every night of the full moon, nurous Demon Beasts would co to the riverbank to watch the Profound Ice Pearl appear on the water's surface to absorb the lunar essence. Many of them also harbored desires to devour the pearl.
But they always returned empty-handed, or simply threw their lives away, their bodies falling into the bone-chilling river. Tonight was no exception, as plenty of Demon Beasts had arrived.
However, upon reaching the bank and seeing the Snake King and the Eight-winged Golden Scale Python, many of them quietly slipped away. With two Tier Five Demon Beasts present, the others could only avoid them and flee.
Of course, a few foolhardy Demon Beasts didn't leave, but they were all slain by the Eight-winged Golden Scale Python and the Snake King.
Tonight, the Profound Ice Pearl could only belong to Ye Tian. Any other Demon Beast that dared to interfere or cause a disturbance was destined for death.

"Don't worry! I know what I'm doing," Ye Tian replied, slowly approaching the location the Snake King had indicated.
After a mont, he had covered more than two hundred ters, but then he stopped. Ye Tian's own eyesight and Perception Power were formidable, and he could see with perfect clarity under the moonlight.
Yet, he couldn't see the Profound Ice Pearl, which he found very strange. He was about to ask the Snake King if he had made a mistake, but then he rembered that a Tier Five Demon Beast like the Snake King would not be so careless.
