Ye Tian and Zhang Xinlan simply smiled upon hearing this. Zhang Xinlan replied, "Attacking the Earth-Split Demon Turtle the way you are, you'll never kill it. Even if you drain all your Spiritual Power, it'll be for nothing. We're not attacking because we have no desire to waste our efforts like you."
"Easy for you to say! If you're not going to fight, then leave. You're not welco here! Even if we can't kill this Demon Beast, at least we're trying! All you two want is an easy prize. You wish!" the student retorted.
"I'm more worried that if we attack, you'll be the ones trying to steal the kill," Zhang Xinlan said coolly. "This Earth-Split Demon Turtle is a terrifying Demon Beast. I'd advise you all to leave now, for your own good. Don't throw your lives away for nothing."
"You want us to leave so you can have the Demon Beast's Magic Crystal for yourselves? Nice try, but do you really think we'd fall for that? You'd better get out of here now. Don't make us throw you out, or you might be crawling away instead of walking!" the student threatened.
Ye Tian was about to lash out at the student, but he restrained himself when Zhang Xinlan gave him a look. Just then, the Earth-Split Demon Turtle's massive body began to crawl toward them.
It seed to move slowly, but it was deceptively fast. "Insignificant humans. You think you can harm with these pathetic tricks? How naive. Today, you will all die here and beco my delectable al!"
"Everyone, watch out! It's about to split the ground again!" the Advanced Class student roared, his face instantly turning deathly pale.
Sure enough, just as the student finished speaking, a gray light flared from the Earth-Split Demon Turtle's head. The world began to shake violently, and a massive fissure, at least five ters wide, tore open the ground.
No one knew how deep it was—anyone who had found out was already dead. This ti, however, everyone was prepared. Seeing the Earth-Split Demon Turtle about to use its Earth Splitting skill, they all scrambled to get away. Only one student failed to escape and fell in.
The Earth-Split Demon Turtle was quite disappointed. 'My own skill failed to trap these insignificant humans? How humiliating.'
Just then, a figure blurred, streaking directly into the fissure. Before it could fully close, they shot back out and landed swiftly beside Ye Tian.
The figure was none other than Zhang Xinlan. If it had been anyone else, she might not have bothered, but the person who fell in was the first student who had spoken to them.
That student's attitude had been decent, leaving a good impression on her. Because of this, he was spared. It was as if fate itself had decreed that it was not his ti to die.
After setting the student down, Zhang Xinlan said, "This Earth-Split Demon Turtle is beyond your ability to handle. All of you should leave this place. A Tier Five Demon Beast can kill you in an instant. Consider this a warning."
"Thank you for saving ! I'll leave right now, but you two need to be careful as well!" The student thanked Zhang Xinlan and quickly departed, his legs trembling as he went. He was clearly terrified.
Zhang Xinlan's actions left the other students stunned, especially the arrogant student from the Advanced Class who had belittled them. It was a slap in the face—a brutal one.

"You… who are you? You're not a student from our academy, are you?" the Advanced Class student couldn't help but ask.
"You're not qualified to ask that," Zhang Xinlan said. "You'd better get lost. If you get into trouble again, I won't be saving you."
The fissure in the ground had already sealed shut. The Earth-Split Demon Turtle ceased its attacks, its two enormous eyes fixed intently on Zhang Xinlan. It seed almost… wary of her.
The Advanced Class student opened his mouth to argue, but the words died on his lips as he recalled the incredible speed Zhang Xinlan had just displayed. He decided he wasn't leaving. 'Even if I die, I have to see how she kills this Earth-Split Demon Turtle.'
"Human, who are you?" the Earth-Split Demon Turtle said. "This is no concern of yours. You should leave. I have no wish to make an enemy of you!"
Its voice was so raspy it made one's eardrums throb. But Zhang Xinlan simply replied, "If you had remained quietly underground, I might have spared you. But you've killed too many students. For that, you must die!"
Hearing this, the Earth-Split Turtle beca enraged. "Human, do you truly think I fear you? A Five Vein Realm expert is indeed a threat, but killing you is not beyond my power. I was willing to let you go, but since you are so determined to seek death, I will oblige you!"
"Enough talk. Let's begin," Zhang Xinlan said. "Show how powerful your Earth Attribute skills truly are. I hope you won't disappoint ."
anwhile, Ye Tian began to rapidly circulate his Dragon Spiritual Power. 'My Attack Power probably isn't enough to injure the Earth-Split Demon Turtle, but if I can find the right opportunity, there's still a chance. I know exactly where its weak spot is.'
'If I can hit its weak spot with my Gold Slash, then no matter how powerful it is, death is certain. The hard part will be creating that opening.'
"Ye Tian, watch your back and get the other students out of here," Zhang Xinlan said to him, her expression serious. "Since this Earth-Split Demon Turtle has reached the Tier Five Realm, it might be able to take human form. You have to be extrely careful."
"Don't worry, Xinlan. I know what to do! You be careful too!" Ye Tian replied. A bitter feeling washed over him. 'I'm completely useless right now. Without enough strength, words are aningless.'
With a flash, Zhang Xinlan flew into the air. The sight of her white robes fluttering around her exquisite face left the students on the ground utterly srized. 'I never knew soone this beautiful could exist in the world.'
"Everyone, get out of here now!" Ye Tian shouted to the crowd. "A battle between experts of this level is more than you can handle! Be careful you don't get caught in the crossfire. If you wait any longer, you won't get a chance to escape!"
