Ye Tian took out the Black Glaze Sword. After glancing at the Spirit Gathering Array before him, he focused his intent and swiftly slashed.

"So these are the locations of the array cores? Why is there nothing inside? Are they buried really deep?" Ye Tian asked.
"I think so. Let's start digging in one and see. As long as we retrieve the object inside, the array core will be destroyed. The cores themselves usually don't have any defenses!" Zhang Xinlan said.
Ye Tian suddenly had an idea. With a thought, he summoned the Snake King from his Storage Ring, and called out Ye Lin as well. 'If we do find the exit, having them here will make things easier,' he thought.

Ye Lin smiled sweetly. "Big Brother, why be so formal? It's just a bit of digging. I'm not very good at it, but the Snake King is an expert. Surely you wouldn't make a delicate girl like do such work, would you?"

Zhang Xinlan was startled and hurried over to inspect it. However, the mont she saw the square box, her expression changed. "Ye Tian, quick! Bring that box up here for to see! Taking the object out is all it takes to destroy the array core."
Seeing the tense expression on Zhang Xinlan's face, Ye Tian instantly realized she must know what the box was. 'It could even be a treasure from her Sect,' he guessed.
Ye Tian quickly extracted the box, then leaped out of the pit and handed it to Zhang Xinlan. As she took it, her hands trembled slightly, a clear sign that the box was sothing extraordinary.
"Is there sothing strange about the box? Or do you know its origins?" Ye Tian asked, looking at Zhang Xinlan with confusion.
Zhang Xinlan took a deep breath, trying to calm her inner turmoil. "Yes. I've never seen this box before, but I recognized it instantly. This is one of the three greatest treasures of my Sect. I can't believe it's here.
Seeing this box, I also understand who that senior from our Sect was. I never imagined the old legends were true... and that I would be the one to stumble upon this. It's just incredible."
