The feeling was strange, impossible to describe in words. It was just an ordinary-looking longsword, yet it gave off sothing very special.
Aiden tried closing his eyes and using his Spirit to sense his surroundings.
In an instant, he felt the sword before him turn into a blazing sun!
A stinging pain hit him imdiately. Aiden snapped his eyes open, and his eyes instantly filled with blood vessels, turning a deep, shocking red.
"What a bold guy. Not even a Venerable, yet you dare try to sense with your Spirit," the sword’s voice ca clearly.
"If you had held on for a second longer, your soul would have taken damage." The sword floated gently in the air.
Aiden saw the sword tip twitch slightly. A soft white light shot out and entered his eyes.
He blinked, and the stinging pain along with all the discomfort vanished instantly.

When Aiden saw this log ssage, he gasped in shock.

Aiden didn’t hesitate. He explained everything that happened to him in The Black City, including WraithJack’s request to bring him human books next ti.
After finishing, Aiden watched as the sword moved back and forth, as if deep in thought.

"You, help Aiden fully. Find out the truth behind the anomalies among the contestants."

As Aiden listened to the sword’s words, his eyes blinked in surprise. He never expected WraithJack to have such a huge background.
