The ability to integrate attacks and thus improve their power was sothing quite common in the Demon World.
In fact, there were Devils who had specifically ford their own large armies, using such an ability to deal with opponents far more powerful.
But Liora was still surprised as she witnessed the previous scene.
Not because the Slave Lord had managed to temporarily restrain Eclipse, but because of what she had sensed during that brief period of ti.
"These six people...", she whispered, as her eyes wandered on the Slave Lord and the slaves.
"Their aura is exactly the sa..."
Although people could rge their attacks and empower them, it was impossible to seamlessly achieve this. A portion of their attacks’ power would be lost.
After all, no matter how familiar they were with each other, their minds were far from being the sa.
Yet, just now, the Slave Lord and her five subordinates had completed this seemingly impossible achievent.
"Puppet? Clones? Or so other bizarre ability?", Liora wondered.
Just as she was mulling over, the five people beside the Slave Lord changed.
Their appearances remained the sa, but their aura grew at a terrifying rate.
In the blink of an eye, it had reached the peak of the Lesser Devil stage and went even further, allowing them to beco True Devils in an instant.
Their transformation was silent. There were no strange phenona nor any great visions to accompany them.
Obviously, that was because these people had not just advanced.
Rather, they had been hiding their strength all this ti and only now revealed it.
Five unknown True Devils...
Slave Lord...
Bloodflower City...
Imdiately, several ideas clashed in Liora’s mind, leading her to form a guess regarding these people’s true identity.
However, just as she was about to think further, a sudden shiver ran through her body.
Near her soul, the Fire Elental core that had originally remained silent showed signs of awakening. It shook.
Liora’s eyes turned stern. She knew that the identity of these people ultimately didn’t matter.
At the mont, her current goal was to deal with them before the core did anything strange.
With that in mind, she didn’t spend any ti communicating with these six people.
"Co!", she yelled, her words seemingly addressed to no one.
But a person, soone who had remained silent throughout this ti, understood her aning.
Alpha, who had not done anything besides killing a few flaming creatures during this ti, suddenly took action.
Her body crumbled, leaving her chanical core in its place, which shot out and integrated with Liora’s body.
Instantly, Liora’s power was slightly strengthened.
But most importantly, she was now able to use Alpha’s abilities.
Liora was caught off guard by the five people’s transformation.
But similarly, these people were also shocked by this unexpected phenonon.
Their heads turned, and they wanted to communicate with each other, but Liora didn’t give them the chance.
With a flicker, she appeared beside one of the five disguised True Devils.
Then, with a thought, the space above them cracked, taking the form of a large maw.
Its mouth opened, locking them in place.
The disguised Devil struggled to resist the Abyssal Maw’s overwhelming devouring force.
Thus, they lacked the ability to defend against Liora’s other attack.
Unknowingly, a gray halberd had appeared in her hands, which she slamd towards the opponent.
The Devil’s allies, including the Slave Lord, wanted to help them defend.
However, Liora had already been prepared.
Before they could move, the earth beneath them trembled, and several gray weapons flew out. They struck at them.
Eclipse!
The sphere, which had previously missed its target, had not been rendered completely useless.
Under Liora’s command, it had unknowingly dug through the earth and appeared below her enemies, looking for the opportunity to attack them.
And this opportunity had finally co.
Faced with this barrage of sudden attacks, the five True Devils had to defend themselves, rendering them unable to assist their ally.
Before they could deal with their respective "opponents", the halberd had already struck the disguised True Devil.
Liora’s hands only felt a montary force of resistance before the halberd broke it apart, slicing towards her opponent.
Though they were a True Devil, her enemy was ultimately defenseless.
Facing Liora’s blow, a large gash was left on their abdon. Gray substances stuck on their skin, wishing to devour them whole.
The remaining power was enough to send them flying.
Drops of blood were scattered along their path, hitting the earth below and leaving behind deep craters.
It took a few monts for the True Devil to steady themselves, evidence of Liora’s overwhelming power.
However, this person didn’t have the ti to celebrate this achievent.
Before they could so much as breathe a sigh of relief, Liora had flashed beside them.
With a move of her mind, the Abyssal Maw turned and locked the opponent in place.
Then, the halberd in her hands struck once again.
Liora’s decision was not random. She didn’t suddenly develop a hatred towards this person and thus targeted them.
Instead, her actions were well-thought-out.
"I can’t allow these people to integrate their attacks."
"Although their strength is not enough to threaten , it will beco way harder to deal with them."
"Still, it would only be a matter of ti."
"But what I currently lack the most is ti...", she thought, part of her mind staying on the core residing near her soul.
Though it had not shown any threatening behavior so far, Liora would not remain calm as long as it was there.
And to deal with it, she had to deal with these people!
Thinking of this, Liora’s actions grew even more decisive.
She brought the halberd down before raising it the next mont, only to strike once more.
Then she perford the sa set of actions. Again and again.
In re monts, the halberd had attacked the True Devil hundreds of tis.
The opponent’s skin had been all torn apart, while little patches of flesh remained on their body.
By now, they had transford into a naked skeleton, with a golden fire flickering in each of its eye sockets.
The fact that they were able to remain alive despite being in such a state was a testant to their strength.
Or rather, it was a testant to the power that True Devils wielded.
But by now, even such a being had a hard ti staying alive.
Sensing her opponent’s state and seeing that the other five True Devils were about to deal with Eclipse’s remaining power, Liora beca ruthless.
The halberd of Nothingness in her hands dispersed, replaced by a long spear.
Surrounded by mist, it exuded an aura of authority, seemingly containing boundless power. Anyone who faced its edge would feel as if they were facing the world itself.
Spear of Divine Punishnt.
Liora held it tightly and thrust it towards her opponent’s head, wanting to kill them in a single blow.
The spear’s power made the True Devil’s skull crumble before it even struck them.
Chips of bone fell down one after another, as their head began to fracture.
The spear’s tip shone as if it wished to bring down Divine Punishnt.
However, when it was just a centiter away from hitting the opponent and harvesting their life, it suddenly paused.
Or to be more accurate, Liora’s movents stopped.
Not because she wanted to show rcy to her opponent all of a sudden, but because she sensed a movent from the black gate in the distance.
She understood that a person was using the gate to reach this place.
And judging by the gate’s violent reaction, the visitor was not weak at all.
