The first shadow wolf directly slamd its head into a large spider with a cow’s head.
The impact caused its chest to explode instantly, killing it on the spot.
Another wolf bit down on a soldier monster, and its fangs crushed the soldier’s body before it could even react in ti.
The others tried to respond quickly, but the remaining shadow wolves moved with supernatural agility and slashed through their necks with their sharp claws.
This was happening everywhere. Right after killing one target, the shadow wolves would imdiately move on to another, and a massacre began.
Rina and Emily, watching the scene, were stunned by what they were witnessing. But what shocked them even more was how the creatures continued regenerating as if nothing had happened, even after being destroyed.
"Haha, die for Miss Lilith!" Lilith shouted excitedly as her body transford into a shadow and her claws crackled with electricity.
She was like a grim reaper on the battlefield, harvesting lives.
Another spider’s body exploded into a shower of blood after being struck by Lilith.
15 Minutes Later
"Hmm," Victor frowned as the surroundings grew even darker, and he could feel multiple presences surrounding them.
"Stop!" Vicor shouted, and everyone halted.
"Sir Vicor, why did you stop the fight?" Lilith asked in displeasure.
"All of you, back into my shadow... you too, Lilith."
The soldiers obeyed imdiately, and Lilith, though reluctant, complied as well.
’Heavens, what are these creatures, and how can he control them?’ Rina thought as she swallowed hard and looked at Vicor with a mixture of awe and caution after witnessing the shadows slaughter the nearby spiders.
Victor stepped forward and launched a white fireball into the sky, which imdiately illuminated everything for more than a thousand ters around.
Rina and Emily managed to see more clearly what surrounded them, and they were nearly scared to death.
Thousands of spiders, the smallest of which were comparable to dogs from the old world, were crawling cautiously toward them. At this mont, they were no more than a hundred ters away.
They stared at them with their large black beady eyes, and their fangs clicked together as sticky saliva constantly dripped onto the ground.
"Damn, we are surrounded," Emily cursed as beads of sweat dripped from her forehead while she looked around.
Her face paled even further when she noticed there were thousands of Tier 1 and Tier 2 spiders among them.
Vicor narrowed his eyes and looked at the dense army before using his pupil technique on the Tier 1 and Tier 2 spiders.

"I see... so different tiers give different amounts of Soul Fragnts," Vicor mumbled under his breath.
Then his eyes lit up when he saw a Giant Spider Abomination with body parts from different animals stitched onto it. It was the size of five elephants combined and possessed a grotesque appearance.
’There should be at least a few thousand here, and I can also sense more inside. If I kill them, I can also replenish my army,’ Vicor thought with a glint in his eyes.
"Hey," Emily snapped Vicor out of his daze. She stared at him with bloodshot eyes and said, "You take Miss Rina with you and escape. I will burn my lifespan to buy a couple of minutes for you to get away."
"Wait, no way. I am not abandoning you," Rina said firmly.
"MISS RINA, THIS IS NOT A TI FOR YOUR STUBBORNNESS!" Emily roared in anger, causing Rina to flinch.
"Hey, what are you doing?" Emily asked anxiously when she saw Vicor walking toward the spiders.
"Who said anything about running?" Vicor said as he raised his hand.
"Yin-Yang Phoenix," Victor mumbled as he raised his hand.
The mana inside Victor’s body burst outward, and the magical power imdiately transford into fire-like energy.
Screee!
Two birds made of flas appeared. The white-flad phoenix flew toward the injured girls, while the blue one rushed into the sky at extre speed.
"Shit!" Emily cursed upon seeing the phoenix made of white flas rush toward them, but—
"What?!" Her eyes widened in surprise as instead of feeling burned, she felt her mana and injuries healing at an astonishing rate.
Scree!
Her head snapped toward the bird made of terrifying blue flas and watched as it opened its mouth and started spewing out blue fire.
10... 200... 5,000... 20,000...
Their bodies imdiately tensed, and shrieks of pain escaped from their mouths as they ignited into fireballs and were consud by the sea of blue flas.
But worst of all, even after their bodies were set ablaze, they did not die. Instead, they began to writhe and slam into the spiders behind them, causing the fire to spread through the mutant spider army like a raging wildfire.
In just ten breaths of ti, all the mutant spiders that had surrounded them within a radius of 2,000 ters disappeared.
However, they did not vanish completely, as they still left behind traces of their existence.
"This... this..." Emily’s mouth opened and closed, but she could not form any coherent words as both won stared at the carnage in disbelief.
They simply could not believe soone could be this powerful.
Suddenly, Victor’s danger sense warned him of an incoming attack, and he imdiately sensed a shadow charging toward Rina.
"What?!" Rina’s eyes widened when she felt Vicor pull her into his embrace.
She was completely flustered, and her cheeks turned red. She was about to scold him, but the next mont her expression changed.
Bang!
The spot where she had been standing cracked apart as a lean humanoid female with eight black spider legs and eight eyes landed where Rina had stood monts earlier.
