Apart from Inspector Bai, Li Shuo, and the newly arrived coroner, the other police officers present were utterly baffled. They looked at the coroner, then at Inspector Bai. After a mont of silence, soone finally spoke up, tentatively asking, "Um, what’s going on here? A body? How did soone die in this incident?"

This can’t be possible! Zhang Beixing didn’t even use a weapon. He only used his iron fists. Although knocking out a trafficker with each punch is indeed impressive, to say that a single punch killed a trafficker... Isn’t that a bit too far-fetched? Was he Superman?

The police thought along these lines, uncomprehending and greatly shocked.

Just as they were reeling from the shock of the incident, Inspector Bai heard the coroner, stepped forward, and took the autopsy report from his hand. The first thing that caught his eye were the autopsy photos taken by the coroner. Looking at those photos, even an experienced man like Inspector Bai, who had seen all sorts of major scenes and possessed strong ntal fortitude, felt his stomach churn.

After forcing himself to read through the coroner’s neatly organized file, frowning against his discomfort, Inspector Bai suddenly gasped. He slamd the file on the table, his face a mask of horror! He even needed to light a cigarette to calm his racing heart.

Seeing even a veteran officer like Inspector Bai react this way, the others in the records room grew curious about the autopsy report and crowded around to look. Before long, a series of sharp intakes of breath could be heard emanating from the room.

Inspector Bai took several deep drags from his cigarette, finally calming himself. He turned to the seasoned coroner and asked, "Old Xing, are you sure those people looked like that after the autopsy?"

"What kind of question is that?" Coroner Xing retorted, annoyed. "Are you suggesting I’m the one who mangled their organs?"

"Granted, when we coroners perform an autopsy to determine the cause of death, we inevitably cause so damage to the body. But the kind of damage seen in those photos? That’s not determining a cause of death; those are grounds for dismissal!"

"No, no, no, that’s not what I ant," Inspector Bai quickly explained, realizing his blunder. "I ant, why did they end up like that?"

At this, Coroner Xing shook his head. "That’s what I wanted to ask you, Old Bai. What exactly happened to this group? What did they encounter? In all my years in this profession, I’ve never seen corpses with no fatal external wounds but with internal organs damaged to this extent. It’s incredibly bizarre. Do you know what caused it?"

Coroner Xing was extrely curious. This was the first ti he had ever encountered such a peculiar manner of death, and he found it very difficult to understand how it could have happened.

Hearing this, Inspector Bai said nothing. He simply rewound the video, pointed at the screen, and let Coroner Xing see for himself. Coroner Xing looked.

The image of Zhang Beixing single-handedly fighting a dozen n instantly filled his vision.

Seeing this, Coroner Xing was perplexed. "Old Bai, I asked you for the cause of death. Why are you showing a fight video?"

"Because this *is* the cause of their death!" Inspector Bai declared, snuffing out his cigarette.

"Huh??"

Coroner Xing was stunned. He turned his head, staring at Inspector Bai in disbelief. "What did you say? *This* is the cause of their death? Old Bai, you’re not kidding , are you?"

That’s not a funny joke at all!

"Stop ssing around," Coroner Xing said. "I’m asking you seriously. Give the real story!"

Inspector Bai remained unmoved, because the facts of the matter were indeed as stated. He shrugged, equally baffled. "Old Xing, I’m not joking with you. This is the cause of death for those n. By the ti we arrived at the scene, this group of traffickers had already been subdued by Comrade Zhang, the man in the video. During that ti, aside from transporting them to the ambulance, we didn’t lay a finger on them. If you don’t believe it, keep watching. The surveillance caras should have recorded everything!"

"???"

Seeing the earnest expression on Inspector Bai’s face, Coroner Xing was completely bewildered. At this point, no matter how much he doubted it, he had to accept that this was the reality.

This is just too mind-blowing!

If Zhang Beixing had thrown several punches, causing these people’s organs to be damaged and shattered, he could have barely accepted it. He would have just assud Zhang Beixing’s strength was imnse and had incredible penetrating power. But the problem was, in the video, Zhang Beixing struck only once, and then the traffickers’ organs were either shattered or completely ruined.

What the hell?

Are you sure he’s Human and not so Tyrannosaurus rex in human skin?

Striking internal organs without breaking the skin—what kind of demonic technique is this?

It made no sense! Completely incomprehensible, utterly baffling!

Coroner Xing was still reeling from the shock. He suddenly felt a surge of curiosity about this Zhang Beixing in the video. All his years of dical experience seed utterly useless at this mont.

Inspector Bai, on the other hand, lit another cigarette after he finished speaking. He pondered for a while. None of this made any sense. It was too bizarre! A few punches, and everyone was dead—their deaths both grueso and peculiar!

After a mont, he abruptly extinguished his cigarette, grabbed Li Shuo—who was still dazed from shock—and started walking out.

Li Shuo, still bewildered, asked Inspector Bai where he was dragging him off to.

Inspector Bai’s reply was concise: "To the hospital. To see Zhang Beixing!"
