"What do you an I can't have the free al?" The fat lady with short blonde hair complained with her hands on her waist as she stared at the pretty cashier fiercely.
The cashier smiled wryly and explained with a patient tone, "Ma'am it's not that we can't, it's just that our promo states that we will be giving 1 free al for the first 100 custors for our opening event."
The fat lady with the blonde short hair snorted coldly, "So? I am one of your first 100 custors. Why aren't you giving the promised free al then!?"
The cashier sighed and looked at her helplessly, "But ma'am, you already availed your free al earlier. The flyer clearly states that 1 free al for the first 100 custors, and indeed you belong to the first 100 custors, but you also received your free al earlier already."
The fat lady still did not accept the cashier's explanations and she thought that they were cheating her of her free al, "This is ridiculous, just give the free damn al that is promised in the poster, already!"
"Also, you better watch your tone, or I'll have you fired right now! You know what? That's it, I want to speak to your manager. Call your manager right now!" she continued.
The cashier smiled wryly at this unreasonable fat lady.
The flyer clearly stated the conditions on how to obtain the free al, but this lady still wanted to ask for another one even though she already claid and gobbled up the free al she got earlier.
This was the first ti she encountered a custor like this. It was fortunate that they were trained by Gustav and Stacey to be patient, or else, she might have flared up from her nonsense by now.
Now, she was even demanding that she call the manager. This was only the opening day and they had already stumbled upon a custor like this. How much more of a situation like this would they face in the future?
They could only do nothing other than to patiently deal with custors like this.
Just as she was about to call assistant manager Gustav over, she suddenly heard a clamor among the crowd who fell in line behind the fat lady.
"Hey, stop being unreasonable. I saw you gobble your free al earlier like a beggar. And also, you're not dumb enough to think that they will give you another one for free again, right?"
Karlo shouted as he saw the whole situation unfold. Indeed, he saw this lady earlier and even labeled her as one of the actors paid to act for the restaurant earlier. He saw how she gobbled the sparkling fried chicken like a pig that was famished for a long ti.
"Karen, a lot of us here know your tactics already. You plan to cause chaos and demand their delicious free food again? Huh, dream on, as if we'll allow you to." One of the n who was in front of Karlo also echoed his dissatisfaction over the lady.
The cashiers were usually very fast on dealing with custors. However, their line has been stuck for a few minutes now due to the unreasonable lady, making those who were behind her feel dissatisfied as they thought that she was delaying them from tasting the delicious al again.
"Hmmp! What do you an by my tactics? I am just trying to get my free food! And besides, how did you know my na is Karen?" the fat lady spat back.
"Yeah, and we saw that you already gobbled it up earlier! And stop being a clown. You literally have your na on the naplate on your chest. The world does not revolve around you waking up!" Another custor behind her spat back imdiately.
"Hey, stop causing a ruckus. If you have the money just buy their product, stop being a miser. That tactic of yours is already old. I think I have used it at least a hundred tis already!" Karlo rolled his eyes at Karen, adding flas to the chaotic area.
"Guys, don't let people like this affect our lives. If she continued to cause chaos here, what if this restaurant decided to close due to the pressure? They had just opened, and it would be a pity if such a restaurant would be closed just because of a person like her. Go ho lady, I still want to eat another batch of this fried chicken from heaven!"
The chaos did not stop there as those who saw through her actions chid in so that she would not be able to cause trouble. Especially after hearing that the restaurant might close if she continued to cause a ruckus. As soone who tasted the heavenly fried chicken, none of them wanted to part ways from this newly established restaurant anymore.
Karen saw the furious crowd and could not help but be taken aback. Her tactics had worked well during the past, how did it end up like this now? What was the problem?
"Hey, you fat ugly bitch Karen. If you can't buy your own al, then just go ho and sleep, it helps. I heard the poor use this tactic and it works pretty well. There is still a long line behind you. Do you want us to personally drag your fat body that weighs a ton outside?" A brave man from the crowd could no longer hold his foul mouth and started to curse Karen.
Not only Karen, even the people around her were also startled upon hearing the sudden curse that ca out of nowhere.
"Y-you! Who was that just now? Are your body shaming now!?" She said as she tried to search for the source of the voice.
"What do you an by shaming you? You don't have a sha to begin with. And with the fats lingering around your face, it could be said that you have a thick face in literal sense," the voice that ca out of nowhere added again.
"Hey Karen, if you don't buy and continue to cause a ruckus, do you believe that this store has a policy of banning custors who are unruly? You don't believe ? Then look at one of the rules pasted on the wall." The voice continued without stopping.
When Karen heard that, she imdiately looked around and indeed saw a rule plastered on the wall. When she read one of them and saw that it was indeed as what the voice said, her face imdiately lost color afraid of being banned here for life.
As soone who also tasted the delicious chicken, and even wanted to get seconds for free, she did not imagine living a life where you could no longer taste such a chicken. At this point, her resolve had already lowered as she tapped her pocket, trying to determine if she still had so pennies left.
At this mont, a voice suddenly ca from behind her, "What's going on in here?"
The crowd's attention was imdiately attracted to the source of the voice. There, they saw a man wearing a Sparkling Buds' employee uniform but in a different color, looking at Karen with a fierce look.
Karen looked back as her eyes unconsciously moved towards the naplate on the man's chest. Her face imdiately paled as she saw the words that were written there.
