Face-Slapping System Chapter 20 To Sea Anemone District

After the satisfying al, Roland paid with 5 Global Dollars before he left together with Stacey after she bid farewell to auntie Estela.

All throughout the al, Stacey was silent and seed to be still embarrassed for Roland's teasing.

"W-where should we go?" Stacey asked. Her voice cracked a little, nervous for no apparent reason.

Earlier, Roland ntioned that they would go to the house he bought online. As they did not talk all throughout their al, she did not have the opportunity to ask where exactly they were going.

"I don't exactly know the place, but it's called Sea Anemone District, do you know where it is?"

"Sea Anemone District? Isn't that a luxurious district in Fore City? I heard that it houses the luxurious Villa's in all of Fore City." Stacey looked at him in shock.

'Are you sure where to go to the Sea Anemone District? What happened to the 'not so luxurious' that you were talking about?' Stacey was dumbfounded.

If only Stacey knew that the Villa he owned was the Pure Dew Villa, which was considered the most expensive Villa of all the luxurious villas in the Sea Anemone District. It was a wonder what kind of reaction she would have.

"Yes, I heard so," Roland replied nonchalantly with a shrug.

He was really not familiar with the Sea Anemone District and its structures as well. All he knew was that it was a luxurious district and that celebrities lived there.

Stacey hissed after hearing his reply. Her mind once again thought of the mysterious rich person who tried to live a normal life because of boredom. And once his boredom was satiated, he once again decided to surface in the world.

At this mont, that was how Stacey was seeing Roland right now.

Nevertheless, she did not ask any more questions as she focused on driving to the Sea Anemone District.

The Sea Anemone District was a popular location for luxurious villas. It was near the sea and it was a perfect location to relax and enjoy a great life.

Being a luxurious district, Stacey was aware that every villa or property there won't be cheap.

After an hour of driving, Stacey and Roland finally saw a huge signboard that said they were already entering the Sea Anemone District.

Roland inhaled the salty sea breeze, making him relax a little, he was a little sleepy from the journey and he felt fortunate that they were already nearing their destination.

Just as they were about to pass the huge signboard, Stacey suddenly slowed down as a security guard went forward to stop them.

Stacey stopped as the security guard ca over.

The security guard went on the driver's side of the car before leaning down towards Stacey's rolled down window.

"Are you guys lost?" He said flatly, seeing that Stacey and Roland were unfamiliar faces.

He looked over and guessed that they were a lost couple. Seeing Roland's handso face made him a little jealous for no apparent reason. Just jealous because of his looks, nothing more nothing less.

"This a luxurious district, if you don't have any appointnt or don't own any property inside, it's best that you guys turn around, right now," he continued.

He was a new security guard that had just been hired more than a week ago. For the week that he had been on duty here, he saw a lot of modern and luxurious cars going in and out of the district.

The yellow sedan was surely not part of the luxurious group and coupled with the unfamiliar faces of both Stacey and Roland, he imdiately assud that they had lost their way.

Hearing that made Stacey frown. She could feel the unconcealed disdain on the man's voice.

Even Stacey was able to feel it, how much more Roland who was dreaming of such a mont to co.

Roland's eyes imdiately lit up. The words of the security guard woke him up from his drowsiness.

He looked at the man and felt that he was a living experience points at this mont.

He saw that Stacey was getting irritated from the man's voice; however, Roland did not allow her fuse to explode. He held her hand to stop her from saying aningless things before saying to the man, "I recently bought a property inside, we're going to take a look."

The security guard was suddenly startled. He looked at Roland, Stacey and then the car again as if to confirm sothing before he heaved a sigh of relief.

"Yeah, yeah. I believe it. Now, turn around before I call my buddy over, they can be pretty strict you know." He stated.

He was wearing a smug on his face, as if victory was already his.

On the other hand, Roland felt elated once he heard the security guard's remark.

'Yes, that's it. Look down on even more.'

"Why would we turn around? I said that I bought a property here just last night. I even have proof," he said as he was about to present the docunts that the System has provided.

"Huh, proof? Who knows if it's fake. Alright, that's it, I'm calling my buddy over."

However, just as he was about to turn around, a man with the sa uniform as that of the security guard approached them.

"What's going on here? What has taken you so long?"

The security guard imdiately straightened his posture before saying, "So it's chief Gonzalo. Chief, it's like this. These two seem lost so I told them that the area ahead is not just for anyone to co and go. However, they refused to listen and still insisted on going inside."

"Chief, what's more frustrating is that, that gigolo over there even said that he bought a property here just yesterday and even has the courage to present a docunt."

"Chief, I'm telling you, the docunt must be fake. I was on duty here yesterday all day long and I did not see anyone coming over to buy or even rent a property in the Sea Anemone District. In fact, this is the first ti I saw these two at all."
