"By the way, do you have a plan?"
Ron asked Erza curiously.
"A plan? I intend to head to Onibus Town to investigate first, and then storm straight into the Iron Forest to wipe them all out in one fell swoop—confiscating the Lullaby while I'm at it..."
That's Erza for you! Her approach is as simple and direct as ever!
Speaking of confiscating the Lullaby, though...
I recall that Kageyama—the one carrying the Lullaby—seems to be on this very train...
"I'm going to go use the restroom."
Ron called out as he rose and walked straight away from his seat.
After passing through two train cars, he finally located his target.
In a corner of the carriage sat a brooding young man, dressed entirely in white. Judging solely by his hairstyle, Ron almost mistook him for Shikamaru.
Ron walked over unhurriedly.
"Hello."
He gave the young man's shoulder a light tap, offering a friendly smile.
"You're the one they call Kageyama, right?"
This sudden greeting rang out in Kageyama's ears like a clap of thunder.
His body went rigid instantly; alarm bells blared in his mind as he turned a wary gaze upon Ron.
This smiling man before him had actually approached him silently and even called out his identity!
"Shadow Orochi!!!"
Without any redundant words, Kagayama opened with his strongest magic.
Looking at the oncoming shadow, a flash of disdain crossed the corner of Ron's mouth.
In his azure left eye, mysterious runes and light flickered for a fleeting mont.
In the next instant, a shadow that was exactly the sa as his opponent's attack but more solid arrived first, pressing directly against Kagayama's shadow.
"Boom!"
Two identical offensives suddenly collided, causing a tremor.
Fortunately, Ron deliberately controlled the aftermath of the battle within a certain range, so it didn't cause much damage.
At least... nothing seed wrong from outside the train.
"This... this is imposs—"
Before Kagayama could finish, Ron punched him directly in the abdon.
With a muffled groan, his eyes rolled back, and he collapsed limply, his face still etched with unbelievable horror.
"Heh, the Erza-style hypnosis thod..."
Ron rotated his fist, a smile curling on his lips.
"Everyone who's used it says it's great!"
Then he turned around to look at the passengers disturbed by the fight, pressing his hands down to signal them to sit.
"Don't worry, everyone, it's fine now. That was just a little playfulness between and this gentleman."
Although the crowd was sowhat dissatisfied, they still obeyed.
There was no choice; if they didn't obey, what if they were 'played with' like the person lying on the floor?
Ignoring the curious gazes from others, Ron searched all over Kagayama's body.
While searching, he kept muttering to himself.
"Tsk tsk, honestly, why get so excited? I just planned to borrow sothing from you, and you acted like I was trying to steal your wife."
"Wait, you don't seem to have a wife..."
"Now look, you've been beaten and I'll have to pay compensation... Sigh, how tiring."
"Hmm? Found it..."
He felt a bulge at Kagayama's waist and pulled it out to see a simple-looking flute.
The head of the flute was a skull with three eyes, looking ominous and disgusting.
It was indeed Lullaby!!!
Ron weighed the flute in his hand with satisfaction, his smile relaxed and pleasant.
Looking at the flute, light flowed in his left eye. If one observed closely, they could even see mysterious runes reflecting each other within it.
He was relying on the ability of his left eye to analyze the flute in his hand.
From Lullaby, Ron felt a power different from a normal magic system; it was a power transford from various negative emotions.
In addition, he also sensed... the rhythm of life.
Although he had long known this thing could turn into a demon, feeling it for real was still a bit incredible.
"Is this the living magic from the hands of Zeref?"
"Heh, interesting!"
Ron chuckled softly and casually stuffed the flute into a extra dinsion.
This was a small trick he had learned from Erza's Requip magic.
After Lullaby fell into the extra dinsion, the three eyes on the skull lit up on their own, only to go dark again in the next instant.
Ron's lips curled into a slight smile as he looked down at Kagayama lying on the floor, then carried him back to their original carriage.
In their seats, Erza and the others were discussing their respective magics.
"What happened in that carriage just now? I thought I heard the sound of a fight."
Seeing Ron return, Erza spoke up.
Only after she finished speaking did she notice he was actually carrying a person.
"Who is he?"
"Soone from Eisenwald. I ran into him while wandering around; I might have been a bit heavy-handed."
"Eisenwald?!" the others exclaid.
"That's right, and just now through his mories, I've figured out all of Eisenwald's plans."
Ron put on an air of having everything under control, then organized his words based on the original plot.
"They intend to release Lullaby in Clover Town to take revenge on the old man and the others."
"What?!"
Erza jumped up instantly, stepping on the unconscious Kagayama.
"Damn it, does Erigor actually intend to strike at the Master?!"
"That bastard! We must hurry to stop him!!!"
Seeing Kagayama wake up from the stomp, Ron followed up with a kick to put him back to sleep.
"Erza! Calm down first!" He reached out to hold back the agitated Erza.
"Ron, Erigor wants to..."
"I know you're anxious, but don't be anxious just yet."
Saying this, Ron took Lullaby out of the extra dinsion.
"Look at what this is."
"Lullaby?! So you've already..." Erza sat back down. "I'm sorry, I was indeed a bit agitated just now."
"I lost my composure. Give a beating!"
Lucy: Miss Erza really is a bit abnormal too... "By the way, Ron, you said... revenge?" Lucy asked in confusion.
"Eisenwald was expelled from the Wizard Guild Alliance six years ago because they were always taking assassination requests banned by the Council for money."
Erza explained the situation regarding Eisenwald.
"That's likely why they want revenge on the Master and the others."
After hearing Erza's words, Lucy beca even more confused.
"But if Eisenwald did that, isn't it only natural they were expelled from the Alliance?"
"Lucy, not everyone is as normal as you," Ron shook his head. "Especially not a Dark Guild like Eisenwald."
"They won't bla themselves for their mistakes; those guys only look for problems in others."
Lucy nodded, half-understanding.
"Since we've got Lullaby, what do we do next..."
"Continue the mission, of course."
Ron said while playing with Lullaby in his hand.
"I just found out from that guy that everyone from Eisenwald is gathered at Kunugi Station ahead, waiting to et him..."
"Or more accurately, waiting for this Lullaby."
"Ron is right."
Erza also nodded in agreent.
"Even though we have Lullaby, that group from Eisenwald is still active. Who knows what else they'll do without Lullaby."
"So, the best way is to sweep them all up in one go."
"Now is a perfect opportunity!"
"And..."
Erza's gaze turned to the Lullaby in Ron's hand.
"We can also stop by Clover Town on the way to give the flute to the Master and ask him how to handle it."
