"Yes, there’s urgent business at my company, I must rush back."
Just like her childhood friend back then, this patient’s mind was so preoccupied with her worries that her own life seed to be of no concern.
"If there’s anything you need to handle, you can tell , and I’ll see if I can help you out," Xie Wanying said.
"You can help ? What I want is for you to make them discharge quickly. I have to get back to deal with matters urgently. Can you bear the consequences if there’s a problem?" the patient in bed 70 threatened seriously.
Every now and then, a patient appears on the clinical floor who makes serious threats to the doctors. Xie Wanying thought, having seen so many cases, she’d beco numb to it.
"Alright, cut it out!"
Those words were not hers. Xie Wanying turned her head and saw Hu Zhenfan approaching, she said with surprise, "Brother Hu?"
Face to face with her, Hu Zhenfan felt embarrassed because he had originally intended to sneak out just like this woman. But now it was different. Her actions reflected his mistake, making him unable to help but step forward to correct this woman’s error, "You’re a hospitalized patient, and once you’re admitted, you must listen to the doctor and abide by the hospital’s rules and regulations. "You, you, you—" the patient in bed 70 was unclear about why this man had suddenly appeared and what was going on, asking, "Who are you?"
"I’m a police officer."
A police officer! The patient in bed 70 was frightened, and sat down on the chair with a thump: How could a police officer be here to catch her by the tail?
Hu Zhenfan turned to Xie Wanying and said, "You go on with your work. I’ll keep an eye on her here, she won’t dare to run around."

Xie Wanying went to the nurse’s station to write a prescription and instructed the nurse. Song Xueling seed to have heard she was being yelled at, ca out to investigate the situation, and saw Hu Zhenfan guarding the patient in bed 70, a flash of shock crossing his brown eyes: Had the police beco well-behaved?
"This is bad!" A nurse hurriedly popped out of the ward door, calling out loudly to the two doctors, "She was bitten by a patient!"
They had just left the ward for a mont, who got bitten?
Xie Wanying and Song Xueling were taken aback and imdiately rushed back to the ward.
Fan Yunyun, standing beside the bed, shivered. Just now the nurse had asked them to help support a patient for a procedure, and she and Geng Lingfei ca over to assist, never expecting the feverish patient to lose consciousness suddenly and bite her hand, putting it into his mouth.
Geng Lingfei was stunned for a mont, and when he ca to his senses, he and the nurse across from him rescued her hand from the patient’s mouth; everyone was sweating from being thoroughly scared.
Then they ran out to call the doctor on duty to deal with it.
Xie Wanying, who rushed in, grabbed her junior sister’s hand and hurriedly removed her glove to check the situation underneath, feeling just as panicked as her senior brothers and teachers at this very mont.
Once the glove was removed, thankfully, her junior sister was wearing two layers of gloves; one layer was bitten through, but the inner layer of gloves was still intact, protecting the skin underneath. The skin wasn’t broken, so there was no harm done.
Fan Yunyun did not imdiately recover her composure. The person who bit her was not an ordinary patient but an HIV-infected individual. Not just as a dical student, but even doctors would need to adjust their mindset at this mont.
