The flagships of Celestial Groups are usually enhanced with Magic and high-tier materials, lacking innate barriers—essentially, the hull is equipped with a set of Tier 9 equipnt, and in battles against Super Magical Beasts, strong individuals need to exert their power to aid the ships.
It's unclear what powers a Tier 9 Shipbuilding Engineer truly possesses.
