Bai Xiaoxiao felt a faint pain in her heart.
Luo Haofeng’s voice clearly carried a smile, but she inexplicably felt uncomfortable listening to it.

Seeing Bai Xiaoxiao approaching, Jing Xiaocha cheerfully called out, “Sister Bai.”

When they ca in, so children were playing on the playground.
They decided to distribute the study supplies to the children first before going to the classroom.
Jin Zheyu hesitated for a mont but nodded in agreent, “Xiaocha, let’s go over there first, and leave this to you and Miss Bai.”
Just after handing out the study supplies, the principal brought over two bottles of green tea for Jing Xiaocha and Bai Xiaoxiao.
“Sister Bai, let’s go sit over there.”
Jing Xiaocha pointed to a swing not far away. The children, having received their newly handed-out study supplies, toys, and storybooks, put aside their play and ran back to the classroom to put away their things.
“Sister Bai, I heard you went to Mr. ng’s house today?”
Jing Xiaocha took a sip of green tea, holding the bottle in one hand and the swing’s iron rope with the other.
Bai Xiaoxiao smiled slightly, leisurely responding, “Yes, I did go to his house.”
“I didn’t expect that Li Shi Yao is Mr. ng’s cousin.”
Jing Xiaocha didn’t ask further but remarked with a sigh.
Bai Xiaoxiao’s eyes flickered as she looked at Jing Xiaocha, “Xiaocha, are you and Li Shi Yao classmates?”
“Yes, but we’re not really on good terms. She seems to be from a well-off family, looking down on poor people like .”
Though Jing Xiaocha spoke of herself as poor, she didn’t seem self-deprecating; rather, she seed to be joking, smiling as she did.
Bai Xiaoxiao was amused by her words, “Xiaocha, you’re not poor. It seems Li Shi Yao isn’t from a rich family, nor is she a wealthy heiress.”
“No matter what her background is, Sister Bai, she’s haughty regardless. I’m not sure if I should say this.”
Jing Xiaocha had known Li Shi Yao for not just a day or two, initially having suffered so trouble from her.
In short, she had no good impression of Li Shi Yao.
Bai Xiaoxiao laughed and said, “Whatever you want to say, go ahead.”
“Even though Li Shi Yao seems very warm-hearted and nice to you, I don’t think she’s sincerely genuine.”

Bai Xiaoxiao teased with feigned surprise, making Jing Xiaocha blush with embarrassnt at her words.

Mother Luo retorted displeased.
Father Luo’s face darkened, “If they were really that good, Ah Feng wouldn’t turn them down. Ah Feng, how about this, browse through their profiles first, then pick out the ones you find pleasing to the eye and et them.”
Luo Haofeng watched the argunt between Father and Mother Luo and frowned in boredom, swinging one leg over the coffee table and stretching out his other leg, reclining on the sofa, and directly closed his eyes to rest.
Lazily, he uttered two words, “Whatever!”
“Oh, Ah Feng, I heard sothing at the salon today.”
Seeing her son’s lack of interest, Mother Luo shifted the topic from the blind date.
“What is it?”

“I heard that Qi iling has shown signs of waking up recently.”

Luo Haofeng narrowed his eyes and leaned back into the sofa, “Anyway, she has nothing to do with now; whether she wakes up or not is none of my business.”
