Nia Mitchell felt a wave of exasperation wash over her. She desperately needed so peace and quiet, preferably a period of quiet where she wouldn’t see the shadow of a certain CEO.
"Get out, I want to sleep!"
Nia Mitchell flopped down, pulling the blanket over her head.
"That doesn’t look comfortable."
Maxwell Peary frowned. How could she be comfortable sleeping fully dressed?
"You should take a shower and change your clothes before sleeping," the CEO ordered.
Nia Mitchell’s lip twitched. She ignored him completely and pretended to be asleep.
She wouldn’t take a shower. She wouldn’t change her clothes. She was going to sleep just like this.
Maxwell Peary tried to lift the blanket but failed. Eventually, he gave up.
"Nia Mitchell, if you don’t take a shower, I’ll go down and throw away the two bags of snacks in your car!"
Half a second later—
Nia Mitchell threw off the blanket and, without even putting on her shoes, bolted for the bathroom.
While running, she yelled indignantly, "Maxwell Peary! You’re despicable! You’re a tyrant!"

When you’re sleepy, you should just sleep. Especially, don’t talk to the CEO, and definitely don’t take a shower.
Because Nia Mitchell discovered that after her shower, she was brimming with energy!
She felt invigorated, so she happily ran to her stash of snacks, smiling so widely her eyes nearly disappeared.
Wow, these are all my favorites!
Most importantly, the CEO didn’t say a word even when he saw she had bought so many snacks. It’s so rare! A day without being nagged feels freaking aweso.
"Nia Mitchell!"
The CEO’s authoritative voice suddenly rang out. Nia Mitchell, who was sitting on the bed enjoying her snacks, jumped. Her hand trembled, and PLOP, the bag of potato chips fell onto the bed.
"I wasn’t going to eat them! I was just looking," Nia Mitchell said, turning around and ekly offering her excuse, complete with an innocent gaze, blinking repeatedly.
Maxwell Peary swallowed, his eyes fixed on Nia Mitchell, who was sitting cross-legged on the bed in her bathrobe, her legs slightly parted.
Her smooth, fair thighs were exposed, and an air of seduction seed to cling to her alluring curves.
Maxwell Peary’s gaze intensified, and he walked towards Nia Mitchell.
"I’m seriously just looking at them! Please don’t throw away my snacks, okay?"
Nia Mitchell sensed sothing was off about his expression, but, careless and oblivious as she was, she couldn’t comprehend the aning hidden in his gaze.
"Please don’t throw them away, okay?"
Seeing Maxwell Peary had already reached the bedside, Nia Mitchell, without a second thought, leaped and flung herself onto him.
"Uncle, you have to believe ! I seriously just wanted to look at them."
Her soft, sweet voice seed to swirl around him before finally reaching his ears.
Even though he was already by the bed, and if Nia, who was clinging to him, were to fall, she would only land on the soft mattress, he still instinctively supported her small bottom, afraid she might slip.
A ticklish sensation brushed his cheek—it was her breath.
"Uncle!" Nia Mitchell cooed, wiggling her small body coquettishly.
"Don’t move!"
Just as Maxwell Peary raised his voice to scold her, Nia Mitchell had already frozen.
Er...
It seed... sothing hard was pressing against her. It was so uncomfortable.
Although Nia Mitchell was still new to such things, she had already guessed what that hard object pressing against her was.
"Er... Uncle... c-can you put down, please?" Her voice trembled as she spoke, terrified that he would suddenly transform into a wolf and devour her, leaving not even a crumb behind.
