Listening to Maxwell Peary’s words, Nia Mitchell was taken aback, her cheeks flushed.

He repeated himself, still permitting no refusal.
After finishing with his shoes, Maxwell Peary saw Nia Mitchell still sitting there awkwardly. He unbuttoned his suit jacket, took it off, then impatiently loosened his tie and tossed it aside.
Then, he bent down and swept her up into his arms.
"Ah! What are you doing?"
Like a startled little rabbit, Nia Mitchell imdiately wrapped her arms around Maxwell Peary’s neck.
"Carrying you."
His reply was still just two simple, direct words. Nia Mitchell pouted and turned her head away, refusing to look at him.
「Main Bedroom, Second Floor」
Maxwell Peary carried Nia Mitchell to the large bed and tossed her onto it.
"HISS—"
Nia Mitchell imdiately yelped in pain, reaching down to rub her sore bottom.
She had almost forgotten about being pushed at the Dining Hall at noon. Her bottom had taken the brunt of the fall, and it was still incredibly painful.
Maxwell Peary naturally noticed her small movent.
However, he knew this large bed well; how could she possibly get hurt from a fall on it? He simply assud Nia Mitchell was pretending, trying to coax him into being soft-hearted.
Sure enough, after rubbing her backside, she looked up at him with a pitiful expression.
"Uncle, can I please go alone? Once this matter is resolved, I’ll introduce you to them."
That way, Fiona Sutton might be more accepting of the situation.
Maxwell Peary shook his head decisively.
"No."
He was determined to go. Who knew how that Fiona Sutton might try to make things difficult for his Rabina Mitchell?
He had already secretly decided that if Fiona Sutton was too unreasonable, he would ignore Nia Mitchell’s pleas and simply carry her ho.
