The Fourth Raikage’s tone was strong, but he had already started to admire and respect the Yellow Flash’s abilities.

Though he was an enemy, Dodai also showed respect for such a promising young ninja like the Yellow Flash.

The Fourth Raikage’s face was unpleasant, without expressing the result, but his deanor said it all. That battle was not satisfactory.
His younger brother, Killer Bee, is Hidden Cloud’s Eight-tailed Jinchuriki.
Moreover, he completed the perfect Jinchuriki training, becoming a special Jinchuriki capable of controlling the Eight-tails within him, yet even combined with the power of the Fourth Raikage, they still couldn’t defeat the Yellow Flash.

When facing Namikaze Minato, his speed was utterly defeated by the opponent.
Encountering these two ninjas, Dodai didn’t know how to describe the dismal mood of the Fourth Raikage.
Perhaps this is a setback the Fourth Raikage has to experience, and also a setback for Hidden Cloud to experience.

Understanding advancent and retreat, and being able to recognize the gap between oneself and the enemy, broadening one’s horizons, rather than blindly relying on brute force for victory, being wise and courageous is the talent a Five Kage must possess.
Even the Yellow Flash cannot have a life smooth sailing without obstacles.
However, the Raikage-sama shouldn’t endure too much of a blow, setbacks must be moderated. It’s just right now, the timing is about right. Dodai nodded silently, having made a certain decision.

Minato showed a look of appreciation in his eyes, stopping his practice duel with Kakashi.
Kakashi nodded, putting down the White Fang Short Knife in his hand, the lightning dispersed, and placed it back into the sheath on his back.
"Your Instant Body Jutsu is already incredibly fast, but now you need to enhance the empowering capacity of the Lightning Style."

Because Minato’s speed in killing enemies was too fast, no one in Konoha could keep up with Minato’s skills, thus his squad assembling style was highly random, rather than a fixed team formation.
Depending on the task, the team changed, and this was a decision made by the higher-ups in Konoha.
But among these ongoing team changes, Kakashi often ended up being the ninja accompanying Minato.
