"Lancers have E-Rank Luck." "Riders have too many Noble Phantasms."

These were not just s. They were universal truths of the Grail War.

As Achilles revealed his True Na, the mood shifted from despair to electrifying hope.

[Chat]: [Simp_Nation]: MY HUSBAND! I knew he was the best!

[Greek_Myth]: Achilles?! The second greatest hero of Greece after Heracles? No wonder he's broken!

[Jealousy]: He has a chariot, a spear, and now a shield? Save so loot for the rest of us!

[KekW]: Look at the chariot. It's... cozy.

[LUL]: "Cozy"? It's a clown car. Look at Maverick! He's squished between Ryu and the Gar Girl!

The group piled into the Gordius Wheel. It was designed for one Rider, maybe two passengers. Now, it held three Masters and Saber. They were packed in like sardines in a can. Maverick had Saber's elbow in his ribs and Ryu's trench coat in his face.

"Move over!" Maverick grumbled.

"I can't!" Ryu wheezed. "Saber's armor is digging into my kidney!"

Achilles laughed, standing outside the chariot. He didn't need a ride. He was faster on foot.

"Hold on tight!" Achilles shouted. "It's going to get bumpy!"

He signaled Lancer Alter.

"Now, Lancer! Open the gate!"

Lancer Alter nodded. She spun Rhongomyniad. The black lance began to glow with a terrifying, apocalyptic light. The air pressure in the labyrinth dropped, making everyone's ears pop.

"To the sky's other side!" Lancer chanted, her voice resonating with the weight of the world. "Rush to the earth! It is the light wedge standing at the world's end!"

The white walls began to crack. The concept of the Labyrinth scread as it was torn apart.

"Now, from the end, let the light of finality burst forth! This is the storm anchor that tears the sky and connects the ground!"

She thrust the lance forward.

"SHINE! O SPEAR OF FINALITY! RHONGOMYNIAD!"

BOOM.

A beam of spiraling light erupted from the lance tip. It wasn't just energy; it was a rewriting of physics. It punched a hole in reality, creating a swirling vortex of black void in the center of the white room.

The shockwave hit instantly.

But before it could vaporize them, Achilles slamd his shield into the ground.

"THIS IS THE WORLD I SEE!" Achilles roared. "THE SMALL WORLD THAT ENCOMPASSES THE AZURE SKY! AKHILLEUS KOSMOS!"

The bronze shield expanded. Green light flooded the corridor. A miniature world—mountains, rivers, cities, oceans—materialized around the chariot, forming an absolute barrier against the destruction.

The shockwave crashed against the shield like a tsunami against a cliff. The shield groaned but held.

"GO!" Achilles shouted, his muscles straining against the force of a nuclear blast.

The chariot horses neighed and charged. They galloped up the wall of the miniature world, aiming for the black hole Lancer had created.

Achilles ran alongside them, a green blur.

They hit the void.

WOOSH.

They were in the wormhole. Stars streaked past them.

But as they passed Lancer Alter, sothing happened.

Lancer hadn't moved. She was still standing in the epicenter of the blast, holding the portal open. Her body was beginning to crack, golden light leaking from her armor. The strain of using the Tower inside a closed space was destroying her Spirit Origin.

And then, Ryu jumped.

"Master?!" Maverick scread, reaching out.

Ryu leaped from the speeding chariot. He tumbled through the void, landing next to Lancer.

"What are you doing, you idiot?!" Lancer yelled, her voice distorted by the magical feedback. "Run! I can't hold it!"

Ryu stood up, dusting off his coat. He smiled—a sad, gentle smile.

"You liar," Ryu said softly. "You said we'd escape. But you were planning to stay behind, weren't you?"

Lancer froze. "My spiritual core is shattered. I cannot leave. But you... you have a future."

"Not without my Servant," Ryu said stubbornly. He grabbed her hand. "If you disappear, my War is over anyway. I'm staying until the end."

Lancer stared at him. The cold, aloof King of Storms lted away. She smiled, tears of golden mana streaming down her face.

"You truly are a fool, Master," she whispered. "But... it is an honor to serve a fool like you."

She raised her lance one last ti.

"GO!"

She threw the lance. It wasn't aid at the enemy. It was aid at the exit.

The spear beca a beam of light that pushed the chariot through the final stretch of the wormhole.

As the chariot vanished into the light, Maverick looked back.

He saw Lancer Alter disintegrating into dust. He saw Ryu holding her hand until the very last second. And then, the void swallowed them both.

[Chat]: [Crying_Pepe]: NOOOO!

[Salute]: RYU IS A REAL ONE. HE DIDN'T LEAVE HER.

[Emotional_Damage]: Why is this battle royale making cry?!

[Dark_Joke]: Achilles: "I won't let anyone die!" Lancer: "Watch ."

[Lore_Master]: Wait. Did anyone else see that?

The chariot burst out of the void, landing hard on the ruins of Ryuudou Temple.

"We made it!" Maverick gasped, checking his limbs.

Saber looked shaken. "Lancer... she sacrificed herself."

Achilles landed next to them. He looked grim. He looked down at his foot.

There was a cut on his heel. A small, bleeding cut.

"Achilles?" Maverick asked, pointing. "Your heel."

It seed that when Lancer threw her spear to push them out, a stray beam of energy had grazed Achilles' ankle.

Whether it was an accident, or Lancer's last petty act of rivalry, no one knew.

Achilles winced. "Ah. That stings."

His Invulnerability was gone. His speed was halved. His Spirit Origin was leaking mana.

"Rider!" the Gar Girl cried, clutching his arm. "You're hurt! Use a Command Spell! Heal him!"

"No," Achilles stopped her. "Save it. I'm not dead yet."

He looked at the cut, then at the empty spot where Lancer and Ryu had been. He chuckled darkly.

"Well played, King of Storms," Achilles muttered. "You leveled the playing field."

He looked at Maverick and Saber.

"Now," Achilles grinned, though pain was etched on his face. "It's just us. And the Monster."

He pointed his spear at the darkness.

"Berserker is still here."
