Two hours later, the thunder above Harrenhal gradually subsided.

A gap opened in the clouds. Moonlight leaked through, shining on the still-trembling soldiers and on the commoners kneeling in prayer.

Crack~

Everyone heard a sound like an eggshell breaking.

Looking up, bright silver cracks appeared on the glowing white giant egg in the sky, spreading downward from the top like a growing tree.

Buzz.

The eggshell shattered and unfolded, turning into a pure white, flawless flower.

The petals opened layer by layer outward. Each petal glowed softly in the moonlight, like a lotus blooming in the sky.

Luke slowly stood up and opened his eyes.

Within those pupils, two bolts of lightning seed to swirl, like a thunder dragon rolling through the clouds. Every flicker made hearts tremble.

Whoosh~

The classic flaming six wings appeared behind him.

The orange-red flas danced in the moonlight, intertwining with the silver-white lightning from monts ago, like a silent symphony.

The people of Harrenhal let out earth-shaking cheers.

"It's His Grace! It's His Grace!" Soone pointed at the figure in the sky, their voice cracking.

"Divine miracle! Another divine miracle!" Soone drew a seven-pointed star on their chest, tears streaming down their face.

"The baptism of thunder! Seven Gods above!"

Luke hovered in the night sky, looking down at the brightly lit castle below, at the soldiers and commoners kneeling on the ground.

His spiritual power had doubled. His detection range had reached six hundred ters — a full three tis increase. His telekinetic control range had also reached one hundred and fifty ters, also tripled.

He could feel every person's heartbeat, their fear, reverence, and fanatical worship.

Later historical records wrote:

In the late eighth month of the first year of Luke, a strange phenonon appeared over Harrenhal at night. Thunder rolled like the sky collapsing, lightning struck repeatedly. His Grace stood calmly in the night sky and endured it without harm, with a halo of light flowing around him. People at the ti said this was the blessing of the Seven Gods, baptizing His Grace with thunder. From then on, his divine power increased further, and the Mandate of Heaven was confird.

The Grand Maester said: "Those who receive the Mandate in ancient tis must have auspicious signs. Yet thunder is the most rigid and yang thing. Ordinary people avoid it at all costs, but the Emperor endured it calmly. His courage is beyond ordinary n, and his Mandate of Heaven is also beyond ordinary asurent. Looking at that one night in Harrenhal, one can know the will of the Seven Gods is set. Luke's rise is not by human power, but granted by Heaven."

Luke retracted his wings and slowly descended back to the Tower of the Burning King.

The mont his toes touched the ground, Harrenhal's mayor Dawn ca forward.

"Your Grace." He bowed respectfully, his face full of piety.

"Distribute ten copper coins to all commoners as a grace." Luke straightened his clothes.

"Congratulations, Your Grace, on receiving the Seven Gods' light once more."

Dawn accepted the order and turned to make arrangents.

Bronn rushed over, out of breath.

"Your Grace, urgent ssage from Draco!"

"Speak." Luke felt a bad premonition rising.

"An assassin appeared in the Lord's Mansion!"

"Who was injured?"

"No one was injured. Beauty Brienne killed the assassin on the spot." Bronn caught his breath. "Lady Annie and the child are safe!"

"Wh… what child is safe?"

The lightning in Luke's eyes instantly disappeared. His gaze beca as clear as a fresh graduate.

Bronn blinked, the corners of his mouth involuntarily curling upward.

"Congratulations, Your Grace. Congratulations! Lady Annie is pregnant! Draco is about to welco a little Celestial Dragon. But this seems to be… a bastard?"

Luke froze.

He stood there like a statue struck by lightning, motionless.

Three seconds later, he shot into the sky. His flaming six wings spread behind him, tearing through the night.

After his spiritual power surged, his flight speed had also broken through, so fast that even his shadow could not be seen.

In just half an hour, he flew across the God's Eye and returned to Draco.

The main house of the Lord's Mansion, Annie's room.

The candlelight was warm. The fire in the hearth burned brightly.

Annie was held down on the bed, looking sowhat helplessly at her sister.

"Sister, I'm fine. Don't make such a fuss. This doesn't suit you at all. You are usually so calm and composed."

Emma cupped her sister's face, pressing her forehead against hers, feeling everything still like a dream.

"Seven Gods above, thank the Seven Gods, thank His Grace!" Her tears fell, dripping onto her sister's face. "Seven Gods! You're carrying His Grace's child!"

Downstairs, the professional dical team of the Lord's Mansion was reporting the situation to the chief steward Arthur and the chief advisor Maester Qyburn.

The lead doctor opened his record book and read the examination results page by page.

"This is His Grace's first child. No matter what, we must ensure there is no risk!"

Arthur and Qyburn exchanged a glance, both seeing the sa thought in each other's eyes.

Outside the door, Brienne drew her sword with a schwing.

Upon recognizing the person, she breathed a sigh of relief, looking sowhat surprised. She imdiately sheathed her sword and knelt on one knee.

"Your Grace."

"Hm. You did well."

Luke looked at her and nodded in satisfaction.

Ever since Renly's death, Brienne had lost her purpose in life.

Her only remaining goal was to kill Stannis and avenge Renly.

But Stannis was too powerful. She knew revenge was hopeless, so she joined Draco, hoping the Son of God could defeat Stannis and help her take revenge.

Luke made her the captain of the female guards for the Lord's Mansion and promised to bring her along when they campaigned against Stannis.

Brienne gladly agreed.

Luke had not expected that a casual "idle piece" would play such a miraculous role.

Arthur and Qyburn ca out upon hearing the noise. Seeing Luke in person, they were overjoyed.

"Congratulations, Your Grace. Lady Annie is pregnant."

Arthur's voice trembled.

"The assassin wore a human skin mask. She had already killed a kitchen maid. She probably intended to replace Lady Annie and harm Your Grace. This is this servant's negligence. Please punish ."

"This is not your fault." Luke waved his hand. "The Lord's Mansion has so many magical defenses, yet the enemy still infiltrated. It's not your fault. As long as no one is hurt, it's fine. You may withdraw first."

The two ministers wanted to say sothing but held back.

Qyburn could not restrain himself and spoke carefully: "Your Grace, Lady Annie is only a maid. The little Celestial Dragon is a bastard. Should we announce the news to the people of Draco?"

"If the people know that a little Celestial Dragon has been born, I believe all believers of the Seven Gods will be greatly encouraged!"

Luke was silent for a mont.

"I haven't decided yet. Let see Annie first. You may withdraw."

"Yes." The two ministers respectfully withdrew.

Luke was about to push the door open when he suddenly rembered sothing and turned to Brienne.

"Stannis was defeated in the North and drank his sword to death."

Brienne froze.

Her eyes slowly widened, her lips parted slightly as if she wanted to say sothing, but nothing ca out.

Her hand trembled. The sword she had just sheathed clinked softly at her waist.

She raised her head, looking at Luke, her eyes turning red.

"Thank you, Your Grace." Her voice was hoarse, like sandpaper on stone.

She lowered her head, knelt on one knee, her forehead almost touching the ground.

"You don't need to thank . I didn't kill him. I should thank you for protecting my first child!"
