This exception was, of course, the Milky Way Galaxy itself. Sylas was the Progenitor of the Galaxy, and as such, the usual restrictions on him were very limited there. He could even freely use the Aether of the Galaxy to power the scepter as he pleased.
This was also a great replacent. He had been forced to sacrifice his World Scepter before for a greater purpose, but now he had been given a much stronger treasure as a reward.
Though there were restrictions, if he one day beca the Milky Way Sector Progenitor, or the Milky Way Horizon Progenitor, what would those restrictions be able to do to him?
Not a thing.
For now, this treasure would be invaluable for what would certainly be a shocking oncoming battle. If no one took advantage of the fact Earth's Summoning would complete soon, what would even be the point in him having tried so very hard for so very long?
It was coming, and now he'd have an extra layer of protection to deal with it.
Sylas moved on.

Sylas raised an eyebrow. He had been so focused on escaping, and then quickly offloading the Karma so that nothing went awry, that he hadn't noticed he received a reward for the Escape of the Bandit task as well.
That was very peculiar. That was because he technically didn't clear that Quickti Event at all. Instead, he pawned it off to the Glutton, who was probably in the middle of escaping right this mont—if he hadn't been killed.
Sylas honestly didn't believe that the Glutton would die. This wasn't because he was powerful enough to deal with the A-tiers-not even close. The reason was because of sothing the Sloth had said.
The Sloth had ntioned the fact that the Glutton had an impossible-to-deal-with ability to escape. But even if the Sloth hadn't, Sylas would still be skeptical. That was because since the Glutton dared to take the risk to appear in such a powerful Horizon, he certainly had his thods for dealing with being exposed.
Sylas would have liked to stay and watch, especially since he was given blanket protections after the fact. But since he needed to deal with the Karma, he hadn't had the luxury.
If he really wanted to know, he was sure that Fanelei would be able to tell him in due ti.
But for now...
Sylas opened it. He might have chosen to leave it for last if he were a superstitious or immature person, but he was curious, so he unlocked it first.
What he saw didn't make much sense to him at all. In fact, it was nothing short of broken.
[A-Grade dley (Gold) (Raw Template)][The Harmony of the universe is only heard by the strong and suffered by the weak. Hear the tune of an A-tier, dance to their rhythm, and strike with their power.] [Uses: 1/1]
This was... most definitely not a reward that Sylas should have received. Not even close.
He would have never banked on receiving such a thing either.
That was when Sylas rembered sothing.
A mistake?
The Level Limit for the Escape of the Bandit Quickti Event had been 150 when he evolved it. It was then transferred to the Glutton and the Level Limit shot up to 300. Was it because of that that the reward was so good?
Sylas had received his fair share of broken rewards. But all of them had one thing in common: they were almost all only useful to F-tiers. Whether it was the treasures, the templates, the Skills, or anything of the sort, all of them were geared to Sylas' Level.
This made perfect sense. After all, Sylas was facing F-Grade challenges, so he should receive F-Grade rewards.
But this... this was a reward of A-Grade value. Although it didn't ntion duration and it only had a single use, this Raw Template gave Sylas the ability to embody the strength of an A-tier... seemingly without any side effects at all.
The ntion of dley seed to imply that rather than infusing power into his body-which would be exceptionally dangerous-it was tuning him into the strength of the universe around him, borrowing external power as a result, but likewise keeping the pressure off of his actual flesh.
The number of treasures in the entire universe that could do this was probably extrely small, even in the Demi- God Realms. Maybe only at the God Realm levels would they beco more common.
This was simply an invaluable treasure to Sylas.
The treasure itself was just a small whistle. Once he blew into it, the effects would begin and he would have the strength of an A-tier. Not just any A-tier, but probably one around the Silver or Gold Grade level.
It was hard to put that into exact power output. But only Gods could possibly have Legendary A-tiers. A Demi-God would probably be extrely hard-pressed to form a Gold A-tier.
Though this treasure was at the Gold Grade, whether it could reach that potential or not would be highly dependent on the area Sylas activated it from.
But regardless... this was virtually certainly the most valuable thing that he would receive. He essentially had to thank the Glutton.
Almost.
Next, Sylas opened up his rit Reward. He knew mostly what to expect from it, and ever since he helped Cassarae kill the All-Seeing Eye, he had lost his Progenitor rits and returned to neutral. One could imagine the sheer number of Derits that took. It would be good to be back in the green.
To his surprise, he received a Silver rit, which was really quite good. It made him realize that the geniuses he faced in powerful Horizons like the Weaver and Seeing Eye Horizons just might have far better rits than he thought. Maybe that was why their Luck stats felt so potent.
Sylas chose to trigger his Multiplier Reward next, and he fell into a long silence because of it.
Sothing felt off. Why was he getting so lucky?
